Apple's Online Store Gets More Social With Twitter and Facebook Links

This will be great when I want to show all my friends I blew $5,000 on a computer. Especially the ones that always pay for my coffee and I never pay them back.

They don't seem to be supporting the use of Bing! either.


I like how they have added this support to the legacy Mac Pro. Only at apple can you get a computer so far behind the power curve that it is more of a curiosity than a tool.
 
I hate the fact that Apple would actually use facebook to promote its products.
Facebook is taking over the world and I hate it.
 
wow...I feel a little sick. Glad I learned to build a hackintosh. I have preferred their OS since 93...but their arrogance is getting a little personal for my taste. With Lion I see the direction they seem to be heading(predictive text on my WORKSTATION???) I don't want my computer, that i do work on, to be more like my phone or tablet. DAMN sure don't want to post a link to my facebook page for a computer that costs as much as the car i drive is currently worth! Guess I'm just not a fanboi anymore.

In the end, it's just a computer. And i sure have a lot more money in the bank now. If I decide to go to windows? who cares? Apparently Apple is just a big corp now, just like everybody else.
 
Man, god damn FB and Twitter ... they're so gay and everywhere and taking over our lives. I'd never go near them.

Granted, Apple's integration is a little silly. But let's not go overboard with our vitriol.

i think they addd a "new to the store" column on the home page. The Loin USB drive is listed there

Good plan. You can't possibly run into Facebook or Twitter when using Windows.

Twitter = your hand, FB = your forehead. There are many clues that Apple is the beast. Their logo represents the first sin, being like god, then removing the rainbow (symbol of god's covenant), the Apple-1 was priced $666, "Steve" is almost "Eve".....

But Steve has the masses following him, just as Revelations predicts for the antichrist. People will follow blindly. It may be happening now.
