After reading the AMA on Reddit from the Foxconn/etc person I am not anticipating anything I want to buy. Especially since a the iMac is only getting a spec bump this year but a new design next. And here I sit on a late 2013 iMac I really want to upgrade

I am not expecting much but spec bumps and a ~10.5" iPad that isn't any big difference in design from the other Pros.

That said, my wife will likely be getting a 12.9" iPad Pro soon, though she doesn't know it yet.

I hope they make enough of whatever they are trying to sell. That is so frustrating when they take months and months. I am excited about the OS updates that will come out probably in the Fall.

I am suspicious about the fact that a developer conference would be used to present so much new hardware. I can believe in five minutes about speed bumps, but surely a whole new redesigned iPad would warrant at least an hour of "courage", "unbelievable", "revolutionary" and "can't innovate my ass".

Does anyone else remember getting super excited for these back in the Steve Jobs days? I still anticipate, but now realize I am always let down. The Apple keynotes just aren't exciting anymore due to what they release and do...

Store down - how cumbersome for such a small company.
Could it be that the guy who prematurely made Files.app visible and now needs to be electrocuted, also was the webmaster ?

Am I still in time to post before the "why in 2017 they need to put the store down for x hours for an update?" or is it too late already?

apparently not...

Can I get a thumbs up hoping for a re-designed power brick for the MBPs?

Anyone who's ever owned an Apple laptop longer than 12-18 months knows the pain of shelling out £70-90 for a replacement due to frayed wires. :(
Might have missed the 2016 MBP what does not have that issue ;)

Why do you need to take off for an entire week? Just for an Apple keynote?

WWDC is an entire week. You can watch the videos of all the other sessions on the WWDC app.

I'll be glued to all videos every night after work this week. Along with watching the Penguins/Predators Stanley Cup finals (go Pens!), this is going to be a week where I get very little sleep!
