This thing gonna cost more than $100 while there are many cheaper alternatives third party dual chargers. Instant skipppp for me.
Ugreen has a dual usb travel charger that does 65W and 30W at the same time. That’s pretty close.60.
if it’s 35w sum, then anyone who buys this should be embarrassed.
If it’s 35w each port, then it’s just like the studio display. There’s nothing you can quite compare it to, and it can be argued that it’s worth the money to some people.
Yeah, those awesome $4 "PD" chargers. They only catch fire occasionally. They avoid mentioning "USB-PD", only "PD". Because they're not certified or compliant in any way. But when they fail, you're gonna complain to Apple, obviously.Just for $209 + free shipping. (Produced in China, for under $0.65)
We’ve had foldable prongs on Apple’s chargers for years here in the UK ?? You yanks are way behind ?Rumors are rumors, but if that's the actual design it's a good one, and I'll probably pay whatever the farily stiff price is for one.
Apple makes very good little USB adapters, but it has always bugged me that you can't fold the prongs down like you can with the compact connector on their laptop bricks. The only other complaint is that you have to carry more than one if you want to charge multiple devices at once.
Both problems solved, and super compact.
ChargerLAB today shared alleged images of Apple's unreleased 35W power adapter with dual USB-C ports, providing a first look at the accessory's potential design.

The images suggest that the charger will have a compact design with side-by-side USB-C ports, foldable prongs, and circular indents that would provide extra grip for removing the charger from a power outlet. 35W would be suitable for charging a wide range of Apple devices, such as iPhones, iPads, the latest MacBook Air, and the HomePod mini.
i’m waiting for next years, it’ll have 3 ports.
Even with GaN, that is too small to be 35w each port. 35w total makes a lot of sense... you could charge your phone and any iPad and/or Apple Watch.60.

So un-apple they've been on the UK chargers since the Apple Watch Series 0 was released. This is basically our power adaptor but with folding US prongs instead of folding UK prongs. Those side indents seem very un-Apple.
Good, another design that blocks the other outlet next to it, and whose foldable prongs fold up instead of down
