Thanks! I think I started at 600 calories when I got the watch? I have slowly let it creep up to 760, but that is going to stay constant for a while.Your daily target is 760=100%? That’s impressive!
On days I run I can get that ring (typically 6 days a week), so it is a good goal for now. 🏃♂️
And when we replace my entry level bicycle machine with a good spin bike I think I will be able to increase that goal and still meet it - we'll see.
