Your daily target is 760=100%? That’s impressive!
Thanks! I think I started at 600 calories when I got the watch? I have slowly let it creep up to 760, but that is going to stay constant for a while.

On days I run I can get that ring (typically 6 days a week), so it is a good goal for now. 🏃‍♂️

And when we replace my entry level bicycle machine with a good spin bike I think I will be able to increase that goal and still meet it - we'll see. :)

I am not far too off, mine is at 760. Thing is, for now only jogging gets me past that since the bicycle machine I have is entry level / budget / cheap.

So it is hit or miss for me over the course of at the week. But that is OK, doesn't hurt to have a down time day where you don't burn too many calories. I keep telling myself that. :)

Mine is 1,000 but I'm hitting slightly over 2,000 on most days. That's why my rest days are important.

My challenge is 17 workouts. The odd thing is that my watch shows only 7 workouts and my iPhone shows all 10 workouts I have done so far this month. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can make my watch update to sync with the iPhone total?

@Apple fanboy @Captain Trips out of personal experience, the % is NOT additive, I'm one of those who had the every day 200% challenge and you do have to do it every day.
My move goal is low, 300 I believe actually, but in real life I am actually at 1,050 kcal per day on average right now. I do consider those months where you have the 200% or close all rings every day as "rest" months ...

Didn't like this months challenge ; but if the weather keeps up will probably make it....Will not 'kill' myself and if Apple ups it again (as they did from March ) I'll stop following until I get reasonable challenges. This one started me at almost 2hr. exercise minutes / day which is unreasonable for most people/schedules. Hope they get a grip on how the algorithms assign these challenges.
Related: noticed that though the 'Insert'/image selector allows for 'Thumbnail' you can also select and resize as warranted.

Half way through the month. I have completed 14,532 of my 26,000 Kilocalories so far. So well on track.
What about you?
My challenge is doubling my Move calorie total 7 times, so that means I need to get 1520 calories 7 times this month. I have done this 4 times so far.

I have 4 weekend days and 1 vacation day for the rest of the month, so unless the weather is crappy on all of those days or I have a bad reaction to the second Moderna vaccine shot (I will likely only have 6 days towards my goal when I get the shot), then I can make it.

Especially since I want to get to 12 mile runs on the hilly trail I prefer to run on by the end of the month, regardless of my April challenge. So I have incentive. 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ :)

1,743 Exercise minutes of the April Challenge of 3,330 Exercise minutes. Today was another day of 'must' errands (as will be Monday). We'll see. Very dependent upon the weather as Walking is a big factor (can't do Apple Fitness HIIT or Strength Training every day).😓

Hey buddy! No 'Covid 2nd shot' excuses on THIS thread!😆
Well, I did do my usual spin bike ride of 16miles in the morning but then developed a fever an hour or so later... so I did burn 1,050kcal and got 95 min of exercise credit, so, the “excuse” is only for being mostly inactive the rest of the day...

I'm sure you know I was joking😃. I'm in the same boat..but weather dependent. My 2nd shot did a number on my arm and made me groggy for about a day and a half....NOW Pfizer is talking of Booster Shots! If my next Challenge is 'upped' again, like from Feb to March, I'l cry 'Foul'.....

I know, but I also don’t really care about this particular challenge as I do not walk or run for exercise, so really don’t care if I make it or not. Though I was riggt on target til Tuesday :)
I got Moderna, haven’t heard about booster yet but wouldn’t surprise me

Some people I know at work had a similar groggy / worn out reaction after they got the one shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Nothing more serious than that.

Moderna for me too. I had a very slight soreness where I got the first shot. To be honest, had I not gotten the vaccine shot, I probably wouldn't have noticed it. I was able to get in a 4.28 mile run later in the day, though, so I was fortunate not to have any adverse reactions. Hoping for more of the same next Friday.

[Edit: fixed typo "Abe" to "able"]

my daughter got her 2nd Moderna Wednesday and she was down all day yesterday, my son got J&J last week and he had fever/chills for a half day, my wife is getting her 2nd Pfizer next week ... everyone reacts differently, but better a day of this vs getting really sick ...
