Dang it -- my March 19 3G order still at "Not yet," while these wifi models ordered days later are on their way....
Mine is 3G 16GB Black and its scheduled to arrive on the 19th. Just got the tracking today. I ordered on March 18th. You're not too far behind.

16 GB AT&T appear to be shipping later than any other models, which leads me to conclude that they're the most popular world-wide.

No charge to card, and still on "Prepared..." status.
