I know most of us will be stuck inside this month, so hopefully we’ll still be able to find time to beat these challenges. What does everyone have to do this month?!

Fish, Fish I got my wish, I guess you could say.

I stated in last months thread yesterday that these are CHALLENGES and I hoped they’d try to kick all our butts. Well, some of you didn’t get hit too bad, but I certainly did.

The message hit my phone just after midnight tonight announcing my challenge.

The interesting thing to me is, based on the numbers they showed for the calculation, I was around 70 minutes per day on average, which they told me to match. My actual challenge though says 2,700 total exercise minutes, which is 90 per day.

This will definitely CHALLENGE me. I’ve got the time. Do I have the will? My basketball referee season ended early due to the virus. That’s probably a blessing, as it could have driven my challenge number even higher if I’d worked games for 3 more weeks.

I never exercise on Sundays, so that changes the equation to 103 minutes needed per day, an almost 50% increase above what I’ve been doing.

I did commit yesterday to participating in a challenge I tried a few times several years ago - #30DaysOfBiking. I’ve never succeeded. This year, I will succeed. I’ve gotta go for a ride EVERY DAY OF THE MONTH.

I want you all to hold me accountable. Call me out. Ask for updates. CHALLENGE ME!!

I’ve got this.

I better hit the hay.

Looks like I've got it easy, this month. Should be done by the weekend. 😁

(And if it's still too difficult, then I'll drop my move goal to 10 calories!)

Update: Lunchtime 4th April. That was a bit easy.

(I hate to think what revenge Apple will wreak on me next month.)

Mine is both easy and hard. I only double my 1000 calorie goal if I run 16+ miles, and that only happens once a week. Unless I throw in a long bike ride or row on a day I also run 12-15 miles, I won’t hit 5.

(We have been under a stay-at-home order in Ohio for a couple of weeks, but there are no restrictions on solo outdoor activities. They have closed public restrooms and water fountains in parks, so you have to plan ahead and carry your own.)

This challenge will be tough since my last months calories goal was 850 and now I need to average 1150 calories 😳 Well, good it can be done on stationary bike and I don’t need to go outside (which is sad becuase I just manage to work out pretty good run peace)
