Double my move goal of 1180 cal twice this month. Should be easy as mowing the grass twice should do it.
I just came to check in and see how everyone is doing. I've doubled my Move goal 1 of my required 5 times so far. With 3 more Sundays, 4 would be par, but I'll squeeze another day in somewhere.
I'm fortunate that I can still get outside and run alone without restriction. Our 17-year-old son is running a lot too while dealing with the frustrations of a canceled spring track season.

Mine is to burn 50,200 calories in April..I know most of us will be stuck inside this month, so hopefully we’ll still be able to find time to beat these challenges. What does everyone have to do this month?!

Just might make it.. a 5km walk daily and at least an hour on Zwift.. (indoor virtual cycling). If there is some good weather in Toronto, I'll be out on the bike for longer rides..Still hope for some good weather days in April
