From what's been said so far in this thread, i'd say anywhere between 2 weeks and a month. Though if they plan on updating hardware as well, they might do it to conincide with that.

The other one thing that may make the release sooner than later, is that some people that pre-ordered Tiger, received it today! How much can Apple wait to release something that is already in people's homes?

My guess is that it will be announced as soon as it is April 2nd, as in 12:00:01 (maybe not that precise, but around there). Why would they release it on April Fools Day???

Really. So then I would expect Apple to give free upgrade to Tiger when Tiger is available to purchase from Apple?
