Regular 11 Pro. Max is nice, but I’m rather petite with small hands, so I worry I would drop the bigger phone. Plus I have an iPad which I use heavily every day

I preordered the max and now considering the pro instead. I’ve had every plus phone since the 6 plus.

Always had an iPhone. I got a Note 10+ but while that is a great phone I just couldn’t go android because I too am so entrenched is Apples ecosystem. Note 10+ was great but I went back to my iPhone 7 Plus. (I gave my X to my wife when I moved to the Note.)

So I decided after the keynote I’d get the Pro Max. The screen, battery, A13 chip, and of course the cameras I really liked. I pre-ordered a Pro Max Space Gray 256gb. Already got in my case for it which is. Speck Presidio Pro for it.

At the Apple store.

I think the rep made a mistake and credited me for a 128GB 7 Plus instead of the 32GB. I didn't know until I got home and checked the balance and saw the $270.

Don't feel bad about it either... Apple does enough price gouging.

The rep does not choose (or rather, cannot) what the phone is. The system knows what the phone based on the serial number the rep scanned. Also, storage shouldn't effect trade in value.

I ordered the Pro Max, but I’m having second thoughts. I’m coming from a XS Max, so I’m used to the size. But there’s definitely times when the phone is too big. I had the iPhone X and really loved it. Since I already ordered the Pro Max I think I’ll use it for a few days to see how I really like it. I’ll also go to the Apple store to checkout the X again.

Same. Had the X for a year then moved to the XS Max and now after a year pre-ordered the 11 Pro Max but having second thoughts. It’s just the one handed usability of the smaller form factor that’s tempting. #firstworldproblems

Comparing phones in the store is hard. We always tend to gravitate towards bigger and shinier things. I remember when I was buying my ipad Pro i was pretty set on the 11", but when I saw the 12.9" in store i almost bought it. Lucky i didn't as the 11"suited my needs.

For me the bigger screen is nice, but having more comfort carrying the thing around all day is nicer. It's just a shame that they don't make a 6.1" in the pro models, would be perfect.

iPhone 11 Pro since single-handed usage is important to me. I’m just glad that the two sizes have the same camera specs (unlike the 7 series).

I totally agree. I think the 6.1” is perfect!!! I have considered the regular 11, but I use my phone for photo/videos entirely too much so I am not sure how I’d miss the telephoto lens. I do enjoy the bigger screen, but there’s times when it’s just awkward to hold. I have some thinking to do.

I have quite large hands, so I can text on the max just fine, but the 5.8” was truly perfect for one handed use (for me)

I was thinking about this earlier! The fact that the cameras are the same is what is making a size downgrade a possibility for me

Hey that's cool. I was totally surprised when the rep scanned my 32 GB 7 Plus and I ended up with a giftcard for $270.

In the end I really don't care if he screwed up or not or how they determine trade value because the website told me it was a $200 trade.

Maybe Apple was just feeling generous that day. Could care less really. $270 > $200 and that's all that matters.

On a side note... the website told me $300 for my 8 Plus that I'll be trading in at the end of the week on the 11. Maybe I'll get lucky again.
