Are you upgrading to Ilife 09?

i plan to buy the ilife09, iwork09 and OSX bundle end of January. It's a good deal.

I just wonder when snow leopard comes out and if there will be new features and performance to this apps available. it has been very quiet around snow leopard recently. i don't mind because i won't upgrade before 10.6.3 is anyway. so i have at least another year.

i'm just curious if there is already known if there is new functionality unlocked in ilife/iwork with snow leopard or if it's clear that it will only be under the hood speed improvements.

for example leopard brought us new sync capabilities that where incompatible with tiger. so i think it's possible that snow leopard has also some secret features.

No need to upgrade for me, as the only thing I use is iPhoto, and that to take initial download from my digiCam. Photoshop CS3 handles all manipulation from that point. iMovie? Final Cut Express is far better -- try it!

The current iWork is sufficient too, now that I have MS Office Media Edition.

i had 06, reformatted my computer, then i found out the install disks didn't have it.. i'm due for a media suite.

I will be purchasing the iLife '09 and possibly iWork as well. I would love to have the Faces and Places portions of iPhoto, and those alone would be worth the 71 dollars.
