The answer is 11.

From Wikipedia:

"The Julian calendar adds an extra day to February in years evenly divisible by four.
The Coptic calendar and Ethiopian calendar also add an extra day to the end of the year once every four years before a Julian 29-day February.
This rule gives an average year length of 365.25 days. However, it is 11 minutes longer than a vernal equinox year. This means that the vernal equinox moves a day earlier in the calendar about every 131 years."

No.

I think what is most confusing about this is that there are a lot of people that aren't participating in the unofficial test of the unofficial rating system placing ratings in their avatars, and that the ratings took some time to settle. To help you out I've compiled an unofficial list of the unofficial participants of the unofficial rating system that is unofficially being tested. All names not on this list will only lead you astray.

1. 840quadra
2. -aggie-
3. balamw
4. Benjy91
5. ChristianJapan
6. Designer Dale
7. Doctor Q
8. grapes911
9. Macman45
10. maflynn
11. Moyank24
12. Peace
13. r.j.s
14. SandboxGeneral
15. soco
16. stridemat
17. techfreak85
18. The Californian

I think it will all add up to something that makes sense if you only take into account what their rating is at current times. I believe it has been mentioned that there may or may not be two different answers that are found through two different means.

I really hope someone figures it all out though, I'm curious as to what the possible solutions are.

That's the list of 18 members that I had already compiled. Is the answer 75?

Of course, there's also the possibility that the numbers mean absolutely nothing and are simply designed to mess with the heads of those who like to chase "clues"! .... Nah! Couldn't be! :D

Instead of giving us your guesses a bunch of different times, Maybe tell us how you're getting your answer so we can see where you're headed.

Sorry, I should have put that info in. I added up the numbers in the usernames with 42 to get 2038.

2054 is the current year + 42.

Yah, I'm pretty sure that the only numbers that matter are the ones in the avatar ratings. You've already found sum of the answer but there must be another avenue you can take to come up with another, unrelated product of your hard work.

42 x 2 = 84. 1984.

The "product" of the numbers equals 20120229. Or February 29, 2012.
