That is the method I've used explained in your link.
Restoring to iOS 10.3.3 and then setting up as newWhat I have been reading the 6s is still being signed. It worked okay for you then? I’m also thinking of starting out fresh and not restoring my iPhone once I go back and setting it up as a new iPhone. Will I be okay doing this?

It's easy to do.
Frankly, with all that's been written up about older phones losing 1 hr more battery life w/iOS 11...it's a complete mystery why you upgraded.

Thanks for your reply so later I am going to do it and if it works then I don’t have to worry about a tampered iOS version on my phone? It won't install if it's been tampered with; that's what the whole signing process is designed to avoid.

Another question when I downgrade it is probably best to set up as new and then be completely clean of any app or anything that could go wrong?
I’m not wasting time I just have never done this before. Hoping it goes smoothly and getting others feedback.LOL...well don't restore if the backup is 11.x
It would serve you right if Apple stopped signing it while you was wasting time.
Haven’t done it yet. Why?I have a feeling it won't go as smooth...
