You have stated many times apple has quoted it.

Either link it or stop trolling !!

We all anticipate 2GB.

Wrong, apple did.
I wouldn't exactly call someone claiming that someone at Apple told him that it has 2GB of RAM as Apple confirming it. People make stuff up all of the time for link bait and Apple reps are notorious for spreading misinformation.
It may very well have 2GB, and you can repeat "Apple confirmed it" all you want, but it's all pure speculation until there's a teardown.

This was captured back in March, and appears to be an iPhone test that slipped into the Geekbench database.

Seems to be 2 GB.

Also seems to be quite speedy, every bit as speedy as the Air 2.

Keep believing it's 1gb and come back to me when you find out ur wrong.

You reading skills need improvement. None is arguing it's 1GB, people are hoping / almost certain it's 2GB, though it's not been confirmed.

You are pretending you know for certain , though cannot actualy produce any evidence, and when hopefully it gets official, you will pretend like you knew all along ..... Kinda pathetic actually .

Are there seriously three poages worth of people areguing whethr this wasconfirmed by apple or not? Damn...
If you think this is bad, did you see the long weird thread about the Hermes and Apple collaboration on the Apple Watch? I read through it and it made my eyes cross and my head burst into a cloud of feathers.

I love your signature line by the way. I want to post it daily on my FB page to stop my friends and family from posting hate filled, inaccurate, mean spirited political and religious memes against each other every ten minutes. FB--It's the one app for which I disable all notifications and extraneous features. I'm only on it because some friends and family would cease to communicate at all otherwise.

Like arguing with someone who doesn't know how to argue; leave it be :)
Here's to hoping for 2GB!

Why the hell can't we just wait for a tear down? Holy **** people. 3 pages of "discussion" (read: arguing) has gotten absolutely nowhere.

I do know it's 2gb... I knew all along. I can't wait to tell people I told you so.

Anyways to those who pretends it's not... it's 2gb, keep thinking otherwise. Come back to me later.

So true. The probability of it being 2GB is very high . Though we cannot rejoice until apple confirms it or ifixit or someone else does a tear down

They addressed that benchmark on the front page months ago and said it's likely just an iPad Air benchmark with a doctored identifier.

See I would love to think this is true, however I remember last year people said the same things
I remember it all from last year too. I think the difference this time is that a lot of the credible sources have been saying 2gb for months now. The foxcon leak in July that was right about everything from the 2 camera upgrades, 4K recording, force touch, etc. also states 2gb RAM.

The preview on 9to5 also said 2gb, and Gurman wouldn't post that if he wasn't sure.

But just like last year, we won't know until people have the phones in our hands.

I am a full Apple guy but recently phones like the Galaxy s6 edge have been looking better and better and even with build quality the only issue is syncing with everything Else

I went and played with the s6 edge a couple of days ago. I was disappointed in the screen. It was sharp and crisp and "popped" but there was sort of a weird effect to it. Like looking at beautiful graphics imposed over an industrial fluorescent light fixture. There was an aqua hue that became more pronounced as you changed your viewing angle even slightly. I think I preferred the display on the Note models.

Then there was the annoyance of AT&T sneaking it's branding onto different apps. The internet browser was so cluttered with AT&T for example. I know that all can be rooted out or at least I hope it can.

But then there are Android idiosyncrasies one would have to adjust to. Refreshing the browser and going back and forward were basics that took me awhile to figure out. I found it all very busy, too. It's like walking down a street among the casinos at Vegas. Everything wants to grab your attention. I'm sure is all good and like that for a reason. It just takes some getting used to, that's all. I can see why Android devices would need a lot of RAM.

OK, but I doubt Apple customer service would lie about it. They just found out themselves earlier today.

They wouldn't lie, but have you ever worked in that sort of customer service? They're barely anymore informed than the average internet user. You can't trust 100's of low level 1 phone answerers with details you don't reveal to the public. At least not until after launch when it no longer matters.
