Hey man. Question. I have been hesitating to order the spigen because I cant tell on the website if the front side has lips to prevent it from damaging your screen when faced upside down. How do you see it?
Caution on Spigen site, especially now since their on-line support is not live right now. If you get a 'Declined by fraud service' message when trying to submit your order, do *not* try to process with another card or process again. Contact support.

Who out there with FAN accounts that had to buy through Premier still have orders that just show "Preorder processing" and don't have any specific shipping info on their order status? Am I the only one?
I know last time I had more specific order status but that my phone showed backordered until maybe 2-3 days before launch, but that I did get a phone delivered on launch day. Hoping a similar situation is just going on here.

Well. i still have pre order processing. I do have dates though. On the weekend it used to say 10/31/14-11/11/14 and now it says 10/13/14-10/22/14.
thats what mine said as of today.. and I also got an email saying my credit card info needed attention on friday. After calling to fix friday i got a text saturday saying the same thing! Called the automated number again and re-rentered my card info. Called today to talk to support to see why i keep getting this message and they told me that my order needed to be "manually processed" by them. Then they say its been manually processed but need to be finalized by a supervisor who will call me back to do so. Called back later to see what was going on because i never got a call.. after an hour an15 min hold they tell me that the supervisor will be calling me within 1-2 business days!! At that point i cancelled my order!
The button that allowed me to cancel my order is long gone, but where it should show me an estimated shipping date it says pending confirmation. I've talked to ATT and they said my order is "fine" but there had been a "website issue" but since I remember last time my order seemed sketchy until later in the week I will just hope it follows that same track and I get an update tomorrow/Wednesday?
Meh, mine is still giving me the option to cancel. That means that you are ahead of me.
Ordered through the Premier site(first time I've done this as I usually order from Apple but we know how that went.) After trying for what seemed like forever and almost getting frustrated enough to say screw it and go to sleep, I managed to get my order for a 64GB 6+ Silver to go through. Didn't get a confirmation email at the time but I had read at the time that some of them were delayed because of the systems being hammered so I went to sleep.
Email confirmation came through around 8 in the morning with the 21-28 days estimate. Status page said pending with a ship date of 10/31-11/11. Since then I've gotten the "Congratulations" text, my card has been charged and the Premier status page says Pre-Order Processing while the MyWireless page says Preparing Shipment with an updated ship date of 10/13-10/22.

Would you like to count business while we're at it? lol 48 hours/an 8 hour day = 6 business day? That bring us to the monday after the launch for an update on shipping.
So I ordered my 6+ about 2 hours after release and got confirmation, but my attempt to order through Apple also went through and status also says preparing to ship. I tried to cancel my AT&T order unsuccessfully, so now I have two phones coming. Not sure how Apple got my upgrade eligibility to go through since I can only upgrade for 1 phone.

Wow man. This is my EXACT same situation. I did get my card charged though. And have gotten two texts saying the order is processing.
Well. In my case I had to try a couple of times in order to get the order through. The systems were not cooperating in Friday the 12th.

(I haven't received physical mail from AT&T for a long time, since I'm paperless, but the "billing address" they have is my old address. For them, "billing address" means the physical address where they send the paper bill, where as every other company I've ever dealt with considers the billing address to be the address associated with your form of payment. So that turned out to not really be a problem, and my payment has already been processed by my bank.) But for reassurance sake, the senior tech that I spoke to offered to call me back today and confirm my order status, once everything had time to process through the system.
And she did! I just got off the phone with her, and not only did she confirm that my order would process just fine (the fact that they already took the money had already affirmed that), but she answered the biggest question without me even prompting. She stated in no uncertain terms that they were told internally: "the dates currently showing for many early preorders are based on numbers in the system that were intentionally set to hedge the bets". She stated specifically that my phone will arrive by launch day at the latest (she even hinted that it might arrive a day early), and that the same was true for almost everyone who ordered in the early hours of the 12th from AT&T." - devoncolt from reddit

One of the has to cancel out, I did the same thing with putting the order through ATT and the app since it was still eligible for an upgrade. I first received an email from Apple saying that its processing and later in the morning I eventually got one from ATT. Eventually Att sent me another email stating the order has been canceled due to the line not available for an upgrade.
And thank god because at first ATT was saying I wouldn't get the 6+ until like 28 days later at the most, sheesh!
It feels like time is moving so slowly! At least get to Wednesday already so we can really know what's going on!
