I think the people screwing the code availability up are the ones that are calling and adding feature codes in attempt to 'stick it to the man'.
I mean, I'm all for getting free or discounted crap, but not just for the sake of getting it. You have people who have 450 minute plans with over 1000 bonus minutes and then they aren't even using over their plan minutes, they think they have to have these bonus minutes 'just in case' or 'just because i can'.
I added TMS4 to my account and just that. I could have probably had the rep add the 200 bonus minutes to my account, but why bother? I only use about 150 a month. The main reason I wanted TMS4 was to bring my monthly price down to around where I was on Sprint.
When I get my wife her phone, I'll try to add the 250 B2B texts for 3.99 instead of trying to add CLL2. I just don't think it's fair to think you're 'entitled' to these free codes just because they're available. If people would only call in for codes that they could really utilize instead of trying to grab anything that's available, AT&T wouldn't be cracking down so hard.
