Many people on this thread and other ones like SD, FW, HW are getting reps and when they say no are not accepting and just trying again later they argue, say yes it valid, yes it can be added and push push push thats when it goes to far. Hang up try again you will get a rep to do it.... Yes they add it that's there fault but if someone is argumentative that's also the callers fault. Come on common sense Emaja, we know some codes work and just try again that's the point. I know how to get the codes added so please if your not acting like this then im not referring to you in any way shape or form but now I don't know since you took offense to a general statement. Moving on.........
No, I didn't take offense at what you said, but I will stick to my point. Even if a customer calls again and again and if argumentative, it is still the rep's responsibility to know their job. If they do not, then it is on them if they get fired no matter how belligerent a customer gets.
At any job in the world, if you do something you are not supposed to do, you are held responsible and no one else.
