Okay, thanks, you guys know what all information they ask you when you call them to add a code?

Fireshot, yes they do. I have the U200 (Free 200 minutes), CLL2 (Free 200 SMS), and TMS3 (250 SMS for $3.99) on my account with 20% off FAN account.
sharkzfanz, nice to see you're helping both on macrumors and slickdeals on the same type of thread.

I added this and I looked at my account right now. It says 250 text messages B2B. Does that only apply for business 2 business lines?
So if I try texting a regular t-mobile, verizon cell phone, will I be charged?
No. It's been confirmed that it's 250 texts no matter who you text. It just has "B2B" to show that you have the discounted text plan.
So let me get this straight i go to a tech college can i still get the u200 and TMS4 codes added? my college offers a 15% discount but i dont know if they offer premier account
hey guys,
I plan on updating to the 3G phone this weekend and I want to use the TMS3 code..... should I even have them add text messaging to my plan when I sign up this weekend? or don't and then call later to try to add code?
att reps are known to be untruthfulSo I called about adding the TSM4 code to my account. The CSR said something about the code being for an older orange network and my line being on a newer blue network or something like that. He also said it doesn't work with the iPhone. Is there truth to this or should I call again?
What I've come to realize is that these AT&T reps have a sheet full of FAN codes right in front of their faces. They probably have a whole bunch of codes we do not know about.
I called tonight to have TMS3 added to my account. The guy paused for a sec and appeared to be looking at his screen.

FAN codes r for a work/school monthly discount, nothing else. (maybe some accessory discounts too)
FEATURE codes r an entirely different category... now depending ones market(i.e. north florida or south florida) certain features exist and some dont.
meaning that feature may be available for some, and not others...
thanks!
END USER acct probly jus means its a personal acct with a biz discount. so in some cases a feature may only be available to a corporate accts under that company's tax ID and not on the end users acct with that corp discount..
not saying this is exactly how it is to the T, jus clarifying a few things if people wonder y they cant "beat the system" lol
EDIT: at work tomorrow i will try and get exact clarification and requirements for this feature.. then i will post.

N/W at 7pm for $8.99 minus $8 monthly credit making it $0.99/Month

How did you get the Bonus 200 SMS?
I was able to add the TMS4 code the first time I called. When the rep asked how he could help, I just told him "I would like to add feature code TMS4 to my account". He thanked me for having the code and saving him the trouble of looking it up. He confirmed that it was 1,500 texts for $8.99. He made sure to warn me that it is labelled as business to business texts, but I know everybody on here has already confirmed that it really covers any SMS text messages.
I am wondering though... when somebody sends an iphone user a MMS message and we have to click the link to view it, does this count as receiving an MMS message? I wouldn't think so... but I just want to be sure.
