Hello, i have a quiestion about your early nights and weekend plan. How did u get it for 99C? i was on old blue plan with that feature, but they upgraded and promised to keep that feature, and turned their back saying there is no way. I mensioned them about this 99C a month for 7PM nites and weekends, they put a note on my account that i am eligible for it. but no 1 can figre out how to. I will reallllly appreciate if you can point me in that direction. BTW who gives 28% FAN discount?

I'm taking it that it didn't work. I tried like, literally, 11 reps. I'm going to give it a week, try back later. I guess. :mad:
 
First of all for those that remember me I'm back!!! Been lazy but I'm back to clear some S*&T up people have been going off about.

1) 99% of us are not entitled to these codes so stop getting pissed when you don't get them. Your trying to get a rep to give you a feature that is against the policy to give. So go ahead get pissed off there doing there job LOL....

2) They are not looking to shut codes done they are legit codes for certain accounts. A center could train there employees and a manager can ban that center from using them without say a manager or supervisor noting the account as a check and balance procedure but the so called rep who said the works there and he notified the center... Let's think about that for a second. There are how many call centers in the USA, India and so on... It would take more then one guy on Mac Rumors to do this LOL. Yes I don't say he's not a rep as I a calling him a rep but come on get real this has been going on for over 2 years. Yes they are catching on over the past 4 months and its very hard to get but oh well it was nice while it lasted.

3) Can AT&T drop them from my account. YES YES YES.. If you dont deserve them you bet you a22 they can. just be happy you had them and hope you have notes about it. I have my 1110 bonus minutes, extra 10% discount, and more noted by EER department.

4) Is there a free or $0.99 nights and weekends at 7pm code? NO NO NO... There used to be one in Care and Telegance but they are GONE GONE GONE... Totally out of the system for good. The $0.99 was from a person that read my signature and assumed it was a code. It was the $8.99 code with an $8 monthly discount to offset it. I removed it and got a 10% monthly discount on top of my 28%. Don't ask how its from EER reps cant do it don't bother. People STOP assuming crap and ask you only make yourself and others look like idiots.

5) I am here and can be emailed at schulman.brian@gmail.com... I do not come into the post much but will try now that so much false garbage is being thrown around.

I called, and after several failures with tms4, I added TMS3 to my account about a week ago..... the 3.99 for 250 texts.

My new bill cycle started today and I checked the site and called the little *DATA# number, and there are no text plans on my account. Well, it's not showing there at least.

I then called AT&T and got a rep that pulled up my account and I had them check on my SMS. He said he did see that TMS3 was on my account, but he kept saying that he did not know if it was compatible with the iPhone.

so, all in all, it's ON my account, but I cannot see it on the AT&T billing site or through their *DATA# feature.

Is this normal? Is it even working? I just don't want to have a load of individual texting charges coming my way.
 
Wow ok nevermind. after sending a few texts out, it's showing up on the *DATA# feature. I guess I'll make do with the 250 for now. I'll try tms4 later this month.

Just to pin point where it actually is, it may differ based on your region.
It's kinda hidden, but if you go to your OLAM.

Click Features (one of the tabs on the upper section)
then click View All Included Features

First on the list, it should say Text Msging 1500 B2B $8.99
or in your case that's Text Msging 250 B2B $3.99

Every single month I have to call up and re-add the CLL2 (200 free txts). My university has a legit FAN account so I don't see why it keeps getting removed. Anyone have any tips for getting it to stick?

I have been calling to try and get this added to my IPhone account. I have a FAN account due to a company discount. Every time they look up TMS4 they say it cannot be found in the system. Any suggestions?

what did you say to the att rep? did u just ask if you could add the tms3? i wouldnt mind an extra 250 texts for 3.99 a month
 
well I'm pretty sure that you can only have 1 text plan per phone..... so after failing miserably with the TMS4 (1500 for 8.99) several times, I just asked for the TMS3. Each rep that tried to search for TMS4 said they could not find it at all, it didn't exist, and that they DID see TMS3 though. So after the frustration I just said whatever and got the 250 for now.

It sucks though, I need more texts. I regulate how many I send out. :mad:

Yeah, I just called (am on the phone now) with them and I have a really nice lady on the phone, but they said they don't offer that code anymore. so, whatever. I'm through with it and I'll pay the extra 5 or whatever dollars a month...... just upgraded my account with the 1500sms for $15. ripoff yah, but whatever. I was regulating my texts since i only had 250, which sucked.

does anyone know if when using AIM on the iphone...... do those instant messages go towards your sms plan?

also, my FAN account right now is through my schools email address...... I do work for the state of florida, does anyone know if the discount would be greater if I used my state email address?

The same method below might work for the U200 code.


When I added mine, I said

<Insert some random question about your account first, like how much will be the international roaming if I go to Canada etc etc>

Then...

I told them that my friend who works with me has a SMS plan feature that I want to add as well on my account. They'll ask what it is, I told them "its like a 1,500 SMS text messages for only I think nine bucks (USD), like a special feature he said, could you take a look?" They asked me if I knew any code, that's the only time I said TMS4 then they placed me on hold. After being on hold for like 2 minutes, the rep said where'd did my friend get it, I just replied it was a memo from our HR that he read earlier this morning. By then the rep added it to my account and here it is.

I'm googling like mad but can't find anything else on it


And no, I never did get the TMS4 to work, after nine different reps over two days I gave up.

Until proven otherwise, I believe it's been closed for people who don't have it.

Just tried TMS3 and was told my account was not authorized.

I have followed this discussion here and on other forums for a while because I'd like to get this code too. Unfortunately, I haven't heard of anyone getting U200 on their account in a few months now. I tried 3 or 4 times myself back in November without success, and then gave up...

I would like more than my 200 txt plan but don't need 1500 much less want to spend $15. What is the code for the 750 txt plan....TMS4 or a totally different code? I will take it for only an extra 3.99/mo. :p
