AT&T Feature Codes and Free Bonus Feature Codes Including TMS4 1500 SMS for $8.99

Worked!! Took a little while because the rep wrote the code down wrong but after correction it went through.
 
I just tried to have AT&T apply TMB9 to my FAN account and was told they couldn't add it b/c I pay the bill myself and this code is only for business accounts where the company pays the bill. Any help?
 
Just spoke to another nice lady who put through the TMB9 feature code for 750 texts for $7.49. I guess it just depends on who you talk to.
 
Just called to get the TMS3 added to my account and failed, said because I had an iPhone it wouldn't work

Any other iPhone users gotten TMS3 to work? Ugh, I want it so bad
 
Just called CS, and had TMB9, and U200 activated! (The only question she asked was, "what are the codes, sir?"). Thanks to all who contributed the info!

I would suggest to NOT take no the first time. Call, call again, till you get what you are asking for. I have a FAN account, and I pay my own bill.

Never mind... I see that you got it handled!
 
Just a 'me too' here. Already have TMS4 added (added that in September). Called last night (3/4/09) to add U200. Clueless guy didn't know what I was talking about, and said to try adding that at the ATT store.

Tonight (3/5/09), I try again, and get it added to all 3 lines on my Family plan (primary number is the FAN).

I've had better success with calling after 11pm Pacific time; YMMV.

I just added TMB9, and it only took 2 tries.

Finally, no more having to limit myself to 200 texts per month! I would have added the 1500 texts long ago, but there's no way I would use that many, and for $15 it wasn't worth it. Even if I had unlimited, I'd probably only use like 500txts per month so the TMB9 is perfect for me.



How long before this info is reflected on my AT&T page?

One billing cycle (or the next one) before the change shows up on the web page.

TMB9 is what feature and rice?? What did you say to get it added?? Dont they ask where you got the code from?

When I tried to add TMB9 they told me they couldn't do it because I have an iPhone!? Is that true? I'm going to try again today either way
 
And the best thing to say when you call is simply something like "I would like to add a feature code to my account" or something along those lines?
 
I have tried with about 5 or 6 different people and was shot down every single time. When they start with "I do apologize..." you know it aint gonna happen.

Edit: One rep even said that this was illegal and that anyone trying to use these codes was breaking the law...
 
just called to try and add TMS3 for my Fan account. the att agent said it was 4.99 for 200 txt messages so i would only be saving 1 cent.

also added the U200 but it only applies to the primary line. is this true?

Tomorrow I'm going to try to add TMS9 to my FAN account. I don't use anywhere near the 1500 SMS in the $15 plan, more around 600-700 per month, so this could be a deal.

Yeah just tell them that, if they ask you where you got it (depends on your FAN) if you have an employer FAN, tell them it's from your work, a memo or something that was sent at work; if you have a school FAN, tell them a friend/classmate of yours has it.

Read the first few pages on how to get a FAN on your account before you can add any of these codes.
