AT&T Feature Codes and Free Bonus Feature Codes Including TMS4 1500 SMS for $8.99

The TMS4 code still works. I added it to my acct a couple of minutes ago. They rep would not allow me to add the U200 code however, so I'm still trying to get some bonus minutes added.. :D

This is my 1st post by the way.. Thanks for all the help.. This forum is very informative..

too bad, I send over 4,000 SMS a month so if only there were a cheaper unlimited plan
 
Well after being transferred to three different customer service associates, I found out that I am unable to use TMS4 code on my premire account through work.

Does anyone know if that code only works if you're on a family plan? (I'm on an individual plan).
 
I talked to a rep at AT&T to add TMB9, she tried, it looked like it worked, but then she checked and said because I have an iPhone that it wouldn't work.
 
TMS4 works for individual accts. I was lucky enough to have it added the first call. Like everyone else says on the forum, keep trying til you get someone that knows what they are doing.
 
Yeah, I think that's what I'm going to do. I was in a rush when I was on the phone with them, so I let it go. I'll try again though.

I'm on a university account and I added TMB9.

To be honest I don't think it matters what type of FAN you have, as long as you get transferred to the premiere AT&T department and you find a rep whose willing to add the code then it can be done. If the rep doesn't want to add the code or tells you "it's impossible to add codes" (like they said to me) just hang up and try again.

That was the original iPhone, probably when you worked for AT&T. The iPhone 3G, which is subsidized and has less/no revenue sharing with Apple, allows for FAN discounts across the board.

Like you, I had to switch the discount to my alternate phone as I have an original iPhone...:(
 
TMS4 is not working for me. I tried twice but they say it isn't an element of this account and they get a system message that it can't be added. Any other way to get this?

Keep trying, it's there and working still.
 
The multiple agents I've ended up with seem to be trying, but say my employer doesn't allow this promo code. It seems like they know what I am trying to do, and they try to put it in, but it gets rejected. Any chance?

As far as I know TMS4 is a dead code. It hasn't worked for me since like November. I've tried countless times.

TMB9 (750 SMS for $7.49), however, works fine.
 
Does anyone have an updated promo code that works for 1,500 text msgs? I tried the TMS4 code again over the weekend, and each of the AT&T agents I spoke to could not get it to work. I would do TMB9 for 750 text msgs, but I send/receive rouching 1,000 txts a month, so that wouldn't work for me.
 
Tms4 Still Works. I Used It Last Week. Just Let The Rep Know That You Want To Swap Your Text Msging Plan. Let Them Know That You Already Have The Code. They Will Need To Remove The Current Plan Then Add The Code. Alot Of Reps Try Adding The Code First Which Will Not Work.
 
That sounds like what the AT&T agents are doing. They're trying to add the code on top of my current text msg plan (1,500/$15). So simply have them remove my current text msg plan, and then add the code? I'll give them a call back again tomorrow.

a) If I have a premier account with 2 iphones and a blackjack(iphone primary line) with a 24% bill discount. Will AT&T take that discount off since I have an iphone?

b) With that discount can I still get the TMS4 discount without cancelling out the premier bill discount?

They won't take off the discount unless you have the original iPhone (Edge) as the primary line since the original iPhones doesn't go well with any FAN discounts, but I'm assuming you have the iPhone 3G so you're good, discount stays :)

Thats correct nburwell. Once they remove the old msging plan and add the tms4 code, you should be able to see it through your online acct as well.
 
pretty sure this won't work in the bay area, i've tried this twice, each time the representative has told me that the computer says they're not authorized to do it. First time I just told them to add it, then second time i specifically told them to take off the current txt plan and add the TMS4...hell they even contacted the premiere dept for me and said they weren't able to add it neither. The regular dept I called wasn't even able to see what TMS4 even was, whereas the premiere actually saw that it was an 8.99 discounted rate plan. They told me that the actual physical AT&T store is more likely to add in promotional codes like this, thinking about going right now. Has anyone had to go into the actual store to do this?

I have an individual FAN account on a 3G with the lowest minutes plan and 1500 txt, fyi
 
:)thanks to those who contributed here, we just got two iphones on a family plan, because of my premiere account i removed the unlimited txt on both lines and added TMB9 to both and also got U200 on both.
thanks again.

btw, i had no problem doing it. worked on the first call. the agent said it was not the first time she has heard of these but that not everyone qualifies for them even if you are a premiere account.
