Never go by AT&T. I got orders from them that are a year old that still say "ordered" - not shipped or delivered, even though they were long ago.
I had them classify the order as stolen and place a new order, hopefully we have better luck with this one.
 
Well my order is still stuck at origin scan, so I have no idea when mine will be here. UPS may be possibly so back up they haven’t gotten to it to send my way, but this sucks.
 
preordered at 2:15PM on the 15th. Natural TI 256gb Pro max. att is still "working on my order" with no updates and a projected ship date of October 13th. Customer service has been useless.

really regretting pre-ordering through ATT and not just using bestbuy which my area is showing availability almost 2 weeks sooner.

I'm on the same boat. Customer service has been no help, huh? I was actually considering on reaching out to them to see if they could provide a status update on my order.

I did one chat with an agent thing on the main website and he told me that there was nothing that customer service could do but that he would leave a note asking for expedited service because I've been an att customer since it was cingular and bellsouth. and gave me the number for the ecommerce division since i had ordered online. I spoke to ecommerce and it was much less helpful. I could barely understand the customer service rep since his accent was so heavy, but i can recognize being blown off in any language. He confirmed the note was there and told me that i could expect it sooner than the website said but didn't actually do anything.

Same here. preordered 8:30 PM EST on the 15th. White Titanium 128GB. All I have is a pending delivery in FedEx

Man i don't even have that. I made a fedex account since so many people were saying thats how they found out, rather than the att app, but i haven't seen anything on there.

Update: They were no help either lmao.

It doesn’t matter how long you have been a customer to be honest. If a brand new customer ordered before you they should get theirs before you. If you were really wanting one on launch day why didn’t you place your order when they went live?

I just spent 3 hours on the phone, talked to 5 different people and finally got them to process this same thing. Marked as stolen even though fedex never received it and they processed a reorder with expedited shipping for this Friday. We will see if it actually arrives this time.

It wont. I had this same stupid issue last November and I’m having it again. out for delivery every day and then local delivery restriction error and then repeat. FedEx is horrible and att is even worse. 2 hour phone wait time.
 
FINALLY got my shipping notification!! Phone SHOULD arrive tomorrow! Of course I won’t be back home until Friday, but at least the phone AND my Loopy case will be there waiting! ;-)

(gonna have my sister go get it as soon as I get notified that it was delivered)

Man I tried Best Buy 2 years in a row and both had to be cancelled cause they over sold and for weeks never got them. Wiuld never use them for iPhone release
