I did one chat with an agent thing on the main website and he told me that there was nothing that customer service could do but that he would leave a note asking for expedited service because I've been an att customer since it was cingular and bellsouth. and gave me the number for the ecommerce division since i had ordered online. I spoke to ecommerce and it was much less helpful. I could barely understand the customer service rep since his accent was so heavy, but i can recognize being blown off in any language. He confirmed the note was there and told me that i could expect it sooner than the website said but didn't actually do anything.
