Has anyone ordered a 15 pro max natural titanium with a terabyte and had any luck? Ordered mine on the 19th and was given the original ship date of October 6 by the ATT store, and now I am in the Oct 13-27 bracket. Really didn't expect it to take this long, since I assumed the model I got was one of the least popular ones

Ordered iPhone for store pickup but had to buy it unlocked because I couldn’t remember my carrier pin. Can I just return and rebuy at pickup with a carrier activation on pickup to save the 30 dollars that they charge for unlocked? Are the iPhones all the same for carrier and unlocked?
Costumer service told me the original charge was just a hold because it hasn’t shipped yet it was returned but when it ships it’ll post again. Did you order online? I ordered in store on the 18th and got 9/25-10/9 so how is mine sooner a day later?
I ordered through Apple with the AT&T trade in promo. I received the return boxes for the trade ins in the mail. I’m curious if the trade ins are actually going to AT&T or if they are going to Apple?
And I am guessing I have no option of dropping the trade ins off in a store (either AT&T corporate or Apple??

I ordered online when I spoke to a person, he said he couldn’t even see a refund so I guess that’s true. They said it should be shipped out when they get the second batch of phones, so much for preordering 😂
Yea I thought when I preordered it meant I’d get it when it was released not weeks later. My aunt ordered one after me and already got hers. I don’t think the reps know what they’re doing.
The return label on the trade-in kit for orders from Apple show it going to AI which is Apple. No reports that I have seen about anyone completing a trade-in at the store at AT&T. You can always try it first and if they don't accept it you can return it in the trade-in box.
A good number of initial reports were that the Apple store does not want any phones returned that were direct delivery orders.

It really depended on what configuration you ordered and which day you ordered. Since you ordered the iPhone 15 Max what memory size did you order? Each seller was allocated a specific number of units (Colors, models, storage configurations) for Launch Day delivery.
What did your Aunt order and on which day?
The phone agents have no visibility to your order detail status until AT&T actually receives a bulk delivery from Apple. In the internal system it actually shows as Back-ordered since it is not yet in the AT&T inventory.

I also ordered through Apple and did the $1000 AT&T trade-in promo. I received my trade-in boxes last Sunday but I decided to stop by the AT&T corporate store yesterday to do the trade-in. It took about 10 mins- no problems.

Estimated to ship: Tue., Sep. 26 (my birthday) - Tue., Oct. 10, it’s 9:23pm, I’m thinking it’s not shipping today. Any insight?

We all know that waiting is hard but you did order 3 days after the 15th when Pre-orders started.
Since you did not indicate a date for your Aunt's order. Did she order on the 18th and was it an iPhone 15 Max like you ordered? Last but not least did you both order directly from AT&T?

As I previously stated she order the same phone as me so yes the max, yes through att and also as I stated before she ordered after me.
Very happy and surprised… drunk ordered a 15PM Blue 512 at 3am Sunday. It shipped today and I’ll have it tomorrow. Feels good after all those struggle years

Just got my phone today.. FINALLY. was supposed to be delivered on launch day, 9/22 but the fedex drivers could not find my house.. so after trying multiple times I guess they figured it out. even though fedex ground arrives here all the time no issues, but fedex express always has major issues.. A random dodge ram pickup truck with a small magnetic sign on the side that said fedex express showed up and gave me my phone.
