Carrier AT&T iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro Pre-order & Delivery Thread

It was legit. I did get my iphone 15 pro max today. So the label was created to be shipped out for real. No bs.

I also have a estimated to ship: Fri., September 22, 2023 - Fri., October 6, 2023 date for a 512GB - White Titanium. Is there something with the White phones were they aren't shipping as fast? Mine is still stuck in the pre-orded status and I ordered on the 15th.
I now have a ship confirmation from ATT and FedEx saying they received the package and it will deliver tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
My replacement order is in the "ready to ship" stage. Do you still see your original order in your orders page? I was told they cancelled it but I still see it.
It turned out the White color was very popular this year. Your Order showed an estimated to ship: Fri., September 22, 2023 - Fri., October 6, 2023 date. That indicates that it was not allocated from the initial bulk Launch Day batches that AT&T received from Apple on or before Thursday 9/21.

Was mentioned in here earlier that you could take AT&T trade in device back to Apple. They turned me away tonight and said send back with the kit (that I don’t have) if I carrier financed (non-Next) because they “didn’t want to mess it up.” Multiple people said it. Just an FYI.

Thanks for sharing your experience at your local Apple store. On the Apple Pre Order thread there have been a few reports that their local Apple store has even refused to accept Apple Trade-in units if the customer ordered from Apple for delivery vs in-store pickup. The Apple reps did not appear to know how to process the "return".

Same boat here, not wanting to ship this phone, would rather hand it over to an in person employee.
I haven’t looked at it nor do I want to. I am told I will get reimbursed the tax on my next bill and that will be the end of that saga.
I still have concerns whether or not the originally processed trade-in will still attach to the replacement phone as they told me to retain the original shipping label.
Hopefully I get an update soon I have the same projected date
Must be nice. They decided to ship mine FedEx like always and I still have yet to receive it and I know I will not. I ordered mine on 9/15 as soon as orders opened. It’s ridiculous
That’s insane but awesome. I ordered mine last Thursday and last Saturday, two iPhone 14 pro max models, both 1TB (blue titanium and black titanium). My delivery shows October 12 through the 26th. I figured these higher capacity iPhones would be less popular and ship sooner but apparently not.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max high capacity units are less popular but Apple also builds fewer of these configurations. Also there were issues as Foxconn ramped up mass production of the Max units.

I pre ordered pro max in blue on the 18th and still says working on order with ship date 9/25-10/09. But it sent me the money for the sales tax back this morning the order still says the same thing. Anyone else have this happen?
Now that I’m looking at it I think they returned mine as well, I do not see it on credit card transactions anymore.
I‘ve gotten one for every phone since my 8+. I absolutely love them. Makes it so much easier to keep a grip on it, but way better than something like a pop socket IMO.
My phone DID arrive today - my sister was able to run down to my house and pick it up. So now at least I have something fun to look forward to when I head home from my trip!
Mine arrived today. Transferring data and just ordered a few usb c cables via Amazon.
I ordered 9/17 I got Oct 13-27th. Customer service agent couldn’t even tell me why I was refunded
