They told me that my order (placed on the 5th 8PM EST, White Pro 128GB) isn't coming until the dates on the page, (in my case Oct 6th - 21st). She also looked and told me that the white and typically newer colors are hardest to get right now, with the next shipment of white pros and pro max's not being shipped out to customers until November 17th. She said to try and go into a store and then cancel the order if it doesn't show up.
edit: she also said that even though the online website / order process is supposed to be faster & easier, many of us have had our orders on the backlog and she just "doesn't know why". At this point I truly believe they're all out and it's a waiting game for the next shipments

I ordered in store on the 18th with a ship date of 9/25-10/9 and got shipped email from att and ups for tomorrow delivery also. Blue pm 256gbA little update, my original shipping estimate was Oct 11-27, which meant I was in the third batch of iPhones being sent to ATT. Just got a notification that the shipping label was created and the phone will arrive tomorrow. It could be just the box for the trade-in promotion, but I'm hoping its my phone! Not sure if anyone else is getting theirs in tomorrow from the third batch--I have a max pro natural ti in 1000 gb so maybe they pushed my order ahead of others, since mine is in less demand

Just wanted to update you guys in case anyone else is in the same situation. Ordered my phone through Apple, delivered at home using ATT trade in installment plan. Received the kit to ship it back. Was able to take the phone and the kit into a Corporate owned ATT store and they were able to complete my trade in, in person.Let us know!

What's messed up is a co-worker of mine ordered the exact same phone as me on 9/20 with an estimated delivery of 11/10 from ATT as well and they delivered it on 9/25. Mine was ordered on 9/16 and it's still in the dreaded "we're working on your order" phase...
So much for ATT processing pre-orders in sequence.I've watched a ton of people order after me and get their phones while ATT is "working on my order".
