Yes, I got shipping notification yesterday with a delivery date of today. It was supposed to be here at 10:30 but still waiting. It does however say it was scanned at my local ups so should be here sometime today.
I'm just canceled and reordered. My dates have not changed from the Oct 19-30th since ordered on pre-order day. My new ship date now says Oct 5-19!!
So my package was scheduled for delivery today by 10:30 am it was scanned at my local ups at 9am now it updated to delayed until tomorrow because of weather in a different state. I'm just really confused 😐
That's UPS for you.
I have had packages make cross country trips when the shipper location was in the same state as me. Dropped off at a UPS location in Austin, sent to the distribution in Dallas then off to Louisville, then Chicago, A scan in Miami for good measure, back to Dallas and finally sent to the Houston hub where marked for delivery.
That’s crazy. They make no sense, I asked customer service how it’s delayed from weather in a different state they said it could have delayed transit. I said it’s been in my city since 7am and at the ups facility 5 minutes from my house since 9am so I don’t see how that makes sense. They have no answers.
Yeah.. Not looking like I'll get mine anytime soon..
What's messed up is a co-worker of mine ordered the exact same phone as me on 9/20 with an estimated delivery of 11/10 from ATT as well and they delivered it on 9/25. Mine was ordered on 9/16 and it's still in the dreaded "we're working on your order" phase...
Any of you that have seen the “great news! We are just about ready to ship your order” message on the AT&T app, After seeing that message, did your device ship out sooner than the estimated ship date or on the estimated ship date?
I got that message yesterday and it said arrives on Monday. This morning I got the shipping notification and it will be arriving tomorrow.
just saw another post on reddit where another ATT customer ordered the exact same phone as me on the 22nd and still got it delivered while my order is "being worked on".

So I just canceled my “pre-order” and re-ordered it was originally Oct 13-27th my shipping dates only changed by a hair Oct 12-26th but I have a feeling it will ship sooner, so we’ll see 
It was I canceled my order just now and they refunded it right away back to credit card.
I paid $166 to upgrade early despite owing on the device im trading in. Worried it might blow my upgrade slot if i cancel.

Ok. That message has been on mine for several days now. I haven’t gotten any shipment notifications yet.

Package shows shipped now so a label has been created apparently so I guess it’s gonna show up tomorrow yay!!!
OK, cool, thanks for the reply. That message has been on my AT&T board for several days now but no shipment notifications yet. It states that it’s expected to ship October 12 through the 26th. So who knows
Well now it says shipped. Lol so I guess it’s going to arrive tomorrow
Our Natural Titanium Pro Max that was had a shipping window mid October just shipped by USPS and should be here sunday! Ordered the sunday after orders opened in the ATT store.
We saw that status last night and it shipped this morning almost 3 weeks before expected.
Earlier today it changed to shipped! Now being delivered tomorrow. Most excellent…
