WOW. So my phone says "shipped, arrived at store"...and yet when I call asking about when I can pick it up, I was told it hasn't arrived yet. WTF? And since when do I have to wait for the actual person that I ordered it from to come in? AT&T better start pulling its *&^% together, what a mess they have created for themselves. I'm still going down there to see whats up.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe the AT&T reps also receives a commission. They made you wait another day because your rep had the day off. The other reps in the store yesterday were probably busy taking new orders for iPhones or activating iPhones for their own customers.
I waited for two iPhones and they shipped one day apart. My AT&T rep was there for the first one but not for the second one. My rep told me that they were suppose to call their customers to setup appointments to activate the iPhones. I showed him the FedEx tracking printout and told him that was all I needed to know when to come in.
