Easy!

one question light is leaking out the top speaker is this bad?

oh this has happend to many people, its a very easy fix. Ok so, this is what you need to do. You're going to want to take a quarter stick of dynamite and place it directly under your iphone. now, with a remote detination system or RDS ignite the dynamite (but watch out these buggers get alittle frisky). now this is the tricky part, collect the shattered shrapnel and travel by car to your local apple store and make an appointment to the genius bar. there you'er going to present the genius the pieces of your iPhone and he'll gladly give you a new one. :D

I am serious

Is that normal light leaking from the top speaker this is my first iphone dunno if its normal is anyone seeing light coming out ? just a question

Sprint Ordered to Pay Millions in Early Termination Fee Flap
By David Kravets July 29, 2008 | 3:56:50 PMCategories: Early Termination Fees

A judge is ordering Sprint Nextel to refund $18.25 million to California customers who paid early termination fees to get out of their mobile-phone contracts. The tentative decision also requires the company to forgo $54.75 million in early termination fees it levied but went unpaid by California consumers.

A California judge late Monday ruled (.pdf) that the fees, which range as high as $200 a line, were an unlawful penalty under California law and were "implemented primarily as a means to discourage customers from leaving" their contracts.

The decision comes as major wireless carriers -- T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T -- have recast their early termination fee schedules and pro-rated them, in part to avoid or settle lawsuits. Verizon agreed two weeks ago to pay $21 million to settle a similar class action.

A pro-rated fee means a customer pays less to break a contract the longer one continues the contract. Contracts usually vary from one to two years.

The Federal Communications Commission is considering regulating early termination fees on a nationwide basis. The FCC is also weighing whether to block class action lawsuits like the Sprint case. No timetable for a decision has been set.

Sprint and other carriers said they charged the fees to subsidize handsets and monthly rates.

ya no problem so what u need to do is put in your order number and att zipcode (not yours) then were you start is where the queue checker starts the queue from, if you just rencently bought your iphone id put it 200 less than your order number. for example if your order number is 30000 set the start to 28000. go from there and see what you get. if there are unfulfilled orders around where you started from that set the start back further.

I don't have an order number though. I haven't placed an order. I just want to know which AT&T stores have the lowest lead times without having to call all five of them.

Edit: I tried guessing some order numbers (19000 ,21000, 23000 and nothing - each with 30 records).

suck on that sh** and eat it with a spoon, FINALY. holy hell, it just shipped. my god!!!! the WAIT IS OVER.:D:):D:apple:
