I ordered from AT&T Premier 6-15-10 at 8:16 EST. I have been following this thread non stop and had the back order 1 since the beginning. About an hour ago the back order is now 0! Hopefully that means it will ship soon. Thanks to everyone for keeping me up to speed with this whole iPhone 4 AT&T order status!
 
Just checked mine again and the backordered is now at 0. Still no shipping info or email but hopefully before bedtime!
 
im from pa all i got in the past hour was email saying i hope you enjoy your new iphone3g witch is what i have now

Give time.. mine took only 30 mins after that email but you will eventually get it especially if you have your tracking on the order status.
 
Maybe ATT decided they should systematically go ahead and change all those "backorder" quantities to "0" to keep everyone from freaking out any further.

Premier Order Off Backorder

I too just checked my order through Premier web site. It is now off backorder status.
I ordered on 06/15 at about 5:40am PST (32GB).
I did however got a fraud alert email from my Chase credit card. I checked on the verify button and called Chase to verify that it went through.
I also called AT&T on Saturday and spoke to someone who told me the order is okay with no alert or any issue.
Good to know that AT&T is finally getting my shipmet ready to go.

Contacted fedex and the rep said apple is holding all orders and they will be shipped on the 23. I also have one order with no sim and my cc has no charge.
 
So I've got a question. I realize Various SIM is the SIM card pre-installed, however mine does NOT have Various SIM and I am supposed to be having it shipped to my work (I ordered it at the AT&T store). Does this mean that they screwed up and are sending it to the store? I guess I will just have to call tomorrow to confirm.

Just spoke to a 2nd rep from AT&T in 20mins who also told me that all reps got a memo stating that customers will be getting there iphones starting on Wednesday.

I highly doubt thats the case, but this guy seemed convinced. The last chick laughed and said Apple would not be happy about that. This guy just said thats what all AT&T reps are now being told.

I'm sure Fedex will hold all orders until Thurs. though, but you never know, some of us could get an early surprise :)

maybe they realized how many people pre ordered and decided to deliver over 3 days so the everyone doesn't activate them the same day and kill the servers

If I get my phone on the 23rd from AT&T then ALL this BS will be forgiven... but I doubt it ;)
 
YES! I finally got my UPS tracking number after waiting since 7:30am PST when I ordered it. Just a little longer now...
 
I still haven't gotten a tracking number! I've been able to view my status since the 17th and it's always been on "QTY Ordered - 1"
 
ATT Premier just changed 5 mins ago! SO HAPPY! :D

I ordered my phone around 1130PST on 6/15 but when i check my order says order placed on 6/16 and im back ordered WTF!
