Does anyone know if AT&T Pre-Orderers are eligible for that 23rd arrival, or only apple customers? Because I just got off the phone with FedEx, they told me my package is scheduled to "move" tomorrow (the 23rd, at midnight).


Well, I ordered mine from AT&T and the tracking number says it will be here by 3 tomorrow..
 
Emailed AT&T lady at the store and she refused to give the package tomorrow :( :( I am pheeling so so sad :( :(

From her email I could make out that she has few phone sitting there today also but they will distribute everything on 24th.

Her advice to me - Come after noon or in the evening and it should be smooth to pick your phone :p

Ordered through AT&T website at around 8:30 am ET, shipping to MI

AT&T Order number 68046*****

Got tracking number a few days ago, lists shipped on 6/17

FedEx tracking number still not working

Hoping it comes tomorrow, but assuming it's not gonna be til Thursday unless I see something change on the FedEx site...
 
I am curious on how many people who ordered early also have reservations with an Apple store? I have a feeling this is screwing up the system because pre-order through AT&T and a reservation with Apple for the same upgrade may be the issue. I got a call from a AT&T rep and he asked if I had a reservation with Apple as well as my order through AT&T. I had cancelled my reservation earlier so hopefully that will kick start the process with AT&T...
 
I pre-ordered at the At&t store 06/15 at 1:18pm central.

Here is my status:

I got this updated yesterday at 12:45pm central.

No shipping confirmation from At&t and tracking info. link doesn't work.

Called FedEx about an hour ago. I was told that my package was not schedule to move until tomorrow 06/23 and that it would be delivered on the 24th. I could expect additional tracking information tomorrow. The csr said that shipments are being released in bulk waves, and it just happens where mine fell. :eek:

I hope this helps anyone.
 
no kidding! I called three times already. I got from "you will get it on 6/24" to "you'll get it a few days late" to "you will get it by 7/14."


seems like we're all getting the run around.....:mad:

I have a tracking number but it doesnt seem to work and i called att and they told me that if i hadnt gotten a confirmation email it hadnt shipped yet it says shipped. idk what going on there.

FedEx told me taht the system had the tracking numebr its just that they havent moved the package because the "shipper requested for no activity to be done until tomorrow"...

who knows?

I FINALLY GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER!!!....oh and if you cant tell im a little excited....good luck to everybody that hasn't got their tracking number yet!!!

That was my story untill about 30minutes ago when I did that last wash/rinse and tracking #'s I swear I heard a "AHHHHHHHH" sound from up in the sky :D

I ordered at 10:40am central time, and still don't have a tracking number.

I dont think that has anything to do with it. Both mine (premier) and my mother's (apple) orders shipped with scheduled delivery tomorrow. I scheduled reservations & received email confirmation of such first thing in the morning for both of us.

I will cancel the reservations once the packages are on my doorstep tomorrow
 
What a day it's been so far for me and AT&T. First of all my damn order is still in processing on Premiere and backordered on the regular site and then I discover that the case I bought from AT&T to protect my 3GS before I sell it has scratched grooves in the back of the phone! I had the case for a week and my phone was perfect so I was paranoid and bought case/holster from the AT&T store to protect it. I go back to the store and their response is "we can refund your money but that's all." WTF! I am going to send a very nasty email to corporate and I am so mad it may be in all CAPS! LOL Stupid company with the worst customer service known to man!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
