I've been on "in progress" the whole time never back ordered with still no number.

my tracking no finally has some info to it. I live in denotn TX and FEDEX says It will be here by 1500 on the 24th. I had mine sent to my AT&T Store because I have no idea where in DFW I will be tomorrow. Guess I will be going by on my way home from work.
 
my number i 5051XXXXXXXX and still no tracking number, nothing. never been backordered.

same here. I'm a 5051 with the same status the entire time. I also checked my BOA Card and the charges are there and pending. I just hope they ship today for tomorrow.
 
Same status from day 1 (ordered at 2:28pm CDT): "in process," never backordered, always had the pre-auth on my AmEx. Seeing how many people who ordered well *after* me are getting theirs today, I'm gonna be right peeved if I don't get the shipping info today for delivery tomorrow.

I was *really* hoping & expecting to see somekind of shipment status by the time I woke up today.... :(

And the salt in the open wound: I live a stone's throw from Fort Worth.

Same thing with me...and I ordered 10:45am EST - I wish AT&T would inform us regarding status of people who pre-ordered who possibly might NOT get their devices by the 24th and when can we expect for our so-called "pre-orders" to arrive.

Since no such email has been sent I presume we are all on track for delivery tomorrow - I can't imagine a company being so inept and not even alerting their customers/potential customers that their "pre-orders" will be later than people who did not pre-order.
 
How can a phone be "out for delivery" this morning and my bank account still not be charged? Not that I'm complaining...
 
Ordered in the morning of 6/15, my order still shows "In Progress" as well. But I'm on hold at 877-782-8870, we'll see what they say.

dont worry theyll charge you, theyre not gonna let a single cent slip past them. in fact I wont be surprised if they "accidentally" charge some people twice.
 
Here's what makes it terrible customer service. I called them on the evening of the 15th, because I had not received a confirmation email. They told me that the order was in their system and everything went through fine. I asked them "So it will ship out with the very first batch of phones?" to which they replied "Yes, absolutely". Clearly it did not. This is why I am pissed.

I would be very disappointed if I learned that you were older than 15 so please don't tell us your age so I can keep hope alive...
 
Premier....NOT!!!

Ordered 7am launch day CST from ATT site. Went from ordered to backordered to not backordered in the regular ATT system. Still no tracking information or indication of shipment. Premier order status page has said in progress whole time. Not very helpful. ATT reps clueless. Obviously they aren't going in the order of purchase/preorder time/date. My order date in the regular ATT order status page says 6/17 not the actual date of 6/15. Received immediate confirmation of order via email on 6/15. Still hoping for tomorrow delivery but looking less and less likely. 32gig model. Premier account. I can't wait until Verizon gets the Iphone. So tired of ATT's poor customer service. ATT is a big company. It's understandable that the demand outpaced their expectations but they can bring in help especially the way the economy is right now. I tried for a long time to order direct from apple on launch day but ultimately the ATT site let me through rather than Apple. Now regretting not trying longer on the Apple site. I trust Apple to deliver on their promises...not ATT.

Ordered around noon on the 15th through regular AT&T Web site. Order status was up the next day. Said order was processed on the 16th. Received tracking info sometime in the early a.m. on the 22nd. Showed "Out for Delivery" today. Bring it on, UPS!

Boooooo! My phone was scheduled for delivery on 6/23 then this morning it showed , "Rescheduled Delivery Date 06/24/210". Was hoping to have it today.
