FTW!!!Here's what makes it terrible customer service. I called them on the evening of the 15th, because I had not received a confirmation email. They told me that the order was in their system and everything went through fine. I asked them "So it will ship out with the very first batch of phones?" to which they replied "Yes, absolutely". Clearly it did not. This is why I am pissed.
Y doesn't this surprise me the fedex plane landed in my city but it's was some kind of mechanical problem and it's a delay
Nothing yet, The plain landed in ohare a while ago should see an update soon..

Yesterday I received 2 emails from apple, one for each phone saying that it would be delivered on the 23rd. I checked fedex yesterday and it said the same thing.
This morning I checked tracking from apples site and now it says by 4:30 the 24th?
Anybody else?
I guess it's possible I could get it today buts it's still in Syracuse and still needs to get to oriskany and for local delivery. Rarely has anything made it from Syracuse to my house in a day from fedex, evening with 2 day shipping.

FINALLY! After days of no info linked with my FedEx tracking number....I HAVE BEEN INITIATED! Scheduled for delivery by 3pm on the 24th....not early, but at least not late!🙂

There's no time change from indy to columbus...and its a 172 mile drive. So it left indy at 511AM and got to columbus at 544AM...no big deal just cruisin from A to B...at 344mph. kudos to FedEx, must have some pretty sahhweeet trucks 😀

mine went from shipped with tracking number (not found) to tracking number working and est. delivery of the 24th 😀 i ordered from the regular at&t site at 6:20am CDT and have had a non-working fedex tracking number since monday morning. very happy it updated last night, im going to be out of town this weekend and i didnt want to have to wait longer for my phone.
Yup I was watching it on that website. It has probally made it to the truck by now, considering its a parcel only plane they should have an update for us in a hour.

no indy falls barely within EST, which is what we're on here in columbus. even if it were it'd be -1 hour...which is still a QUICK trip. maybe they're manually keying and got times mixed up? who knows just thought it was funny
Same status from day 1 (ordered at 2:28pm CDT): "in process," never backordered, always had the pre-auth on my AmEx. Seeing how many people who ordered well *after* me are getting theirs today, I'm gonna be right peeved if I don't get the shipping info today for delivery tomorrow.

AT&T Prevails With Superior Service
Once again I'm thrilled with the world class service I've received from AT&T. Year after year they've performed excellently for me.

just got my arrive time and everything, 3pm from fedex tomorrow on the 24th, i was hoping for an early arrival by a day but le boo, oh well...soon enough.
FYI for people that are waiting on FedEx...I called a friend at a local hub and he said that all CSRs were instructed to tell callers that FedEx was "instructed by the shipper" that they must make one attempt to deliver the package to the receiving address. So if you're wanting to pick it up at a hub and save some time...I don't know how great your luck will be. He also told me that if you call customer service back after the scheduled delivery time and still don't have the package they could check to see where the driver was and then maybe they'd let you get it at the hub once the driver gets back.
