**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I'm in the same boat. Does anyone know why this has happened? This is my first transaction with AT&T, needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I was warned by friends, but I thought there is no way that AT&T is that bad. I thought it may be worth it to get the iPhone. Well, now I'm not even getting the iPhone. I ordered mine at 9:30 am on the 15th and received a confirmation email shortly thereafter. I have been "In Progress" with no backorder ever since. Has anyone received a phone that didn't first receive shipping info?
 
I have a feeling I wont get mine today. This is the last info on the fedex website:

Jun 23, 2010 3:12 AM In transit MEMPHIS, TN
Jun 23, 2010 1:31 AM Arrived at FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN

Final Destination: Miami, Florida.

However, I did get the email about getting it the 23rd :confused:

Mine was on the same flight and so far I know of 2 others who were on the same flight (forum members here) Best bet is the updates are either congested / temp down. I'll let you know if i get mine soon usual fedex time is around 9:30 here.

Same here, let us know what they say. How the heck am I supose to know if I need to be home, leave a form on my door, or whatever if they can't even update the dadgum order! Maybe instead of trying to ship phones two day early, they could have thrown some resources at updating their !@#$ website.
 
You have got to give an ole man a break. i have read most of the 5300+ posts but forgot 5295+! I ordered on the 15th at 9:30AM Eastern and got confirmation at 10:38AM At any rate, I have had activity on my order. Yesterday afternoon the backorder was taken off and it now shows just the number ordered. Also my credit card had a pending charge for days but now has been removed with no charge. Am I to assume that I have to you a lot of my last breaths to find someone responsible to beat up or are these actually GOOD things! :rolleyes:

I know right? That guy could have just waited in the comfort of his own home instead he's wasted days of his life!

So if you ordered on the 15th and your order status on AT&T says you ordered the 16th but on premier it says 15th are you getting your phone tomorrow? Mine came off backorder yesterday but there is no updates has anyone who's order date said 16th received their phone ?

I'm downtown Chicago waiting at my office. EXACT same scenario for me...

I am waiting as well... it seems none of us Chicago people got an update after our supposed flight in this morning (supposedly due to storms conking out the tracking system)

Merlin, you should give FedEx a call and give us an update. I can't right now at work. Let us know if they have any extra info or ask them to use there back up system
 
WOW...is all i can say... This whole thing has been the biggest clusterf**K i have ever seen. I have no faith in at&t at all. I am one of those unlucky few that up until a few seconds ago still had no idea what was up with my order..other than it has been processing for the past 8 days. I talked with my 4th csr out of the whole process just now. And this lady apparently knew how to push my buttons just right to get me good and mad. This woman literally spat back almost verbatum everything i had told her i knew about my order. All i was asking was for some new info and she gave me the run around...I wont even go into detail...other than she was useless....but lowe and behold 5 min after the call my order is now shipped!!!!!!..... its the ole NULL and the tracking num dosent work yet, but its SHIPPED!!!!:eek::D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Maybe I should give them a call again and see if I can pressure someone into actually doing something. My question is, if the CSR's have no info and no authority to get the info, what are they there for?
 
FedEx's number is : 800-463-3339

Just say representative to the automatic system right away. It will then ask you if you are looking to ship a package, say no, you will then get transferred

i am on the same boat. came off back ordered last night. but still in progress. SUX!!!!!!!
 
We are in the exact same boat, I am in the Lancaster area.
