**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Mine updated in the last 5 minutes.... Null for the carrier. No info on the package with fedex yet.

Shipping date of today. Premier still says I'm processing and the normal status still says In Progress.

Now I wait.... more.

Edit: Oh, yeah, and my ATT order status showed that I ordered on the 16th for those of you that are in the same boat with Premier

A friend of mine ordered around 6am CDT on the 15th from premier and his shows the 21st on the regular ATT order status page. He just got his tracking numbers.

I pre-ordered my Black iPhone 4 32gb on the 15th at 6:00pm EST from the Premier website
On the 17th, I had a ATTENTION; contact AT&T... I contacted them, resolved the credit card issue...
On the 22nd, my status changed from BACKORDER to NOT BACKORDERED
Today, I received my tracking number just minutes ago!!! With carrier as null.

My wife's phone (which I ordered from Apple.com at 9:30 pm CST on 6/15), just arrived at home, and the tracking information still has it at the sort facility 100 miles away.

On the other hand, my order that I placed on AT&T at 2:30 pm CST on 6/15 is still "In Progress".

Man, to be the largest telecom in the country, AT&T sure did turn out to be pretty incompetent.
 
Well I called and they told me that my phone is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Of course I have no shipping info and online it still says in process. :rolleyes:
 
Anyone else here get their FedEX packages delivered directly out of Ft Worth?

I do, but mine says "4:17 am: Departed FedEX location"

instead of the usual "On truck for delivery"

Anyone else get that 4:17 scan?

dont freak out just yet.. I ordered 2 16gb's through premiere on 6/15 @ 7:15am.. mine moved seperately and one got officially placed on 6/20 and the other on 6/21 through att.com/order_status ... both of mine came off backorder yesterday around 6:00pm .. and then this morning my 6/21 order generated tracking first and then 45 minutes later the 6/20 order generated.. makes no sense.. but I have tracking. .
 
FedEx tracking is very delayed. It still shows at local dest sort facility, yet my wife just signed for it 30 mins ago and is on her way to the office with it!

When talking to reps you have to remember that you probably know more about the situation than they do :rolleyes:. At least these reps aren't foreign :p
 
Just shipped via FedEx (Premier order on 6/15 ~2:30 ET, backordered until yesterday afternoon, 6/16 order date in the normal order status page).

Carrier info in order status still says "null" but it's a FedEx tracking number. Hope it arrives tomorrow!

Customer service is making stuff up they have little more knowledge than we do, if by 6pm pST your phone isn't shipped you won't get it tomorrow.
 
FYI

Definitely check www.simpletracking.com

The fedex website says that my phone is still at the sort facility but the website above shows that it left the Fedex "ramp" about an hour after arriving there.

Good stuff...
 
YEAH! I called the fedex IPD number 11:30, told her i was unclear about my shipping info, very nice woman just asked immediately what my tracking # was and she said "Justin, I can confirm that your package was delivered at 11:20"! I'm so psyched! I'm glad I waited till 11:30!, I was gonna call at 11, but wanted to wait. Now I'm skipping lunch to go home and get my phone, then back to work! I highly recommend calling this number for fedex packages! My online status still says "in franklin ma" as of 12:13 AM.

phone WILL NOT BE SOLD in ATT stores tomorrow.. only pre-orders who selected "ship to store" will be ones receiving phones in store.. ATT announced yesterday phone will be available for publix purchase on 6/29 in very limited quantity..

Yes but he pre ordered on the 15th, so he should be getting it tomorrow, not on the 29th. The 29th date is only for people who failed to pre order in time. The rep misunderstood that and thought every iphone was scheduled for the 29th, even pre orders. Although you are correct, AT&T will not be selling iphones tomorrow, so the apple store is where the action will be (or Walmart :rolleyes:).
