**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Yes, I ordered at 9:20am on the 15th thru Premier and the order apparently wasn't in the system until the 21st :eek: Every CSR I talked to said I should get the phone on the 24th but I still have no tracking number. I'm quickly losing hope.
 
yeah man, i ordered at 7am on 6/15 from premier and my order date on the regular att site shows 6/20

Anyone know a lot about UPS? Mine says out for delivery at 8:00am (damn thats kinda late) I am leaving for OK city at 12:00pm and someone won't be home to sign until 5:15pm around there. UPS won't tell me when it will arrive (time) does anyone know the average delivery time for em with an out for delivery at 8am? It seems like usually ups delivers later =/

edit: is there a number I could call to find out a time btw? if its possible without annoying them haha
 
I too just got a tracking number with null as the carrier, and doesn't actually show shipped yet. I ordered through Premier (yah, premier, right!) on 15th at 12.30pm MST. Finally went off backorder yesterday. Tracking number is not working yet on fedex.com

Edit: Oh, yeah, and my ATT order status showed that I ordered on the 16th for those of you that are in the same boat with Premier
 
CSR said they had computer problems and even if you ordered the phone on the 15th, BUT the date ordered does not show as the 15th, i.e. 16th, or 17th, you will get your phone on the 28th!

I'm with you. I ordered @ 1:30PM EST via premier and just got my tracking number. I know that lots of people ordered before me haven't got their tracking number yet. However, there are also lots of people that ordered after all of us that already have their phone. I know it's hard but keep the faith :)

This falls under my little 'vent' here. I want to say that I'm not angry, as I wasn't really expecting it before Thursday. However, I am bit disappointed and even a little confused on how this is being handled. As with usual Apple products, much is kept in the dark. A little frustrating.

I forgot to mention that I ordered mine in my local AT&T at 1:56PM CDT on the 15th. I can understand Apple and AT&T maybe trying to stretch out the stress of the servers for activations, and delivery companies, but some have gotten their products up to two days early and ordered much later.

I did finally get tracking information this morning. "Date/Time: Jun 23, 2010 4:13 AM" "Activity: Shipment information sent to FedEx" 0.00000...1% chance I could even hope for it today and probably won't be until later tomorrow

Ultimately, I'm willing to give some patience and some "breathing room" but this just seems extremely sloppy again. This is one area that Apple never seems to learn from their mistakes.

P.S. Yes... I know I'm "preaching to the choir" but wanted to get it off my chest. :)
 
Anyone who has UPS Tracking # please reply...

Can you look at your tracking info to see if your phone # is used as a shipment reference #? Fedex is doing this, but haven't heard if UPS is doing this.

Mine went from 1-0-1 to 1-0-0 sometime yesterday afternoon, still waiting on the shipping...
 
I ordered mine at 1100 on the June 15th from AT&T only because I couldn’t get through on Apples site and my status still says “processing” not shipped. Does anyone else still have this or do I need to call AT&T? Unlike the iPad I am actually pretty patient right now and I am not going to be heart broken if it doesn’t arrive on day one, I just want to make sure it is in fact coming.

You ordered after me and my status is the 16th and my backorder went to 0 too yesterday but yours has a tracking # your lucky
 
if that is the case i will be expecting some hefty credits to my bill, there is no point in even PRE-ORDERING if you arent going to receive the product on launch day...if that is the case, i will set up camp out side of the apple store tonght and get mine tomorrow...hmm.

Does anyone have any experience with FedEx overnight and the status of "at destination sort facility"? My iPhone arrived at my local FedEx hub (some 10-15 miles from my house) at 5am; Is this plenty of time for it to get onto a truck? They'll try to deliver it today since it was overnighted, right?

Trying to figure out if I need to stay home all day. It would be so much easier if the darn thing just read "Out for Delivery".

Just talked to some moron through premier that said my phone is still processing and wont be shippied until the 29th and that stores wont be selling it until the 29th.

I'm like wtf??? People have it today, it will be sold in stores tomorrow...she said that wasnt the truth and I'm like, yea, it is.

I just dont get it, there is absolutely nothing to trust.
