**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

For those that just recently ordered, it seems that 16GB units are shipping fairly quickly. If you ordered a 32GB unit, be aware that AT&T is still processing orders from 6/23 at this point. That's how far behind they are.
Personal exasperated Premiere experience.
I ordered (2) 32's 10:30 am pacific 6/15 from premiere, unchanged-still processing thru morn of the 23rd, but updated to current day each day. Last year basically same time frame and process, changed to shipped the morning before launch date, so I was not concerned. Finally 11am 23rd I called premiere and was told there was an issue and they emailed me. Well I received no such email, although on 15th received the order conf. email. They finally began processing on 23rd w/new order number on ATT site. Shipped w/tracking on 7-3-10. In hindsight I would call them to make sure it is in fact being processed and not stuck for some ridiculous reason, supervisors gave me erroneous info as well as csr's so probably doesn't matter who you speak to. Appears 23rd orders are going out though.

Uhhhhhhhhhgh I'm so frustrated. I ordered my phone on AT&T site on the 30th and it shipped, it will be here on Tuesday which is great of course and I can't wait. What frustrates me is that I just got my email saying my phone was ready to be picked up at the apple store. Ohhhh well bummer for me, I will release the reservation so the next person in line can get their phone. Just wish I would have waited, but I guess I could have never known.

What a bad idea! His upgrade eligibility is tied to the iPhone he bought through AT&T, so getting the phone from Apple may result in undue frustration and charges. All he has to do is wait two days.

You may have a point. I have done same in the past, but I have 5 lines with various stages of eligibility and I mix them to suit me. Call Apple, they should be able to tell. You don't have to use the phone on the line you upgrade.

Ordered a 32 gig and 2 16 gigs yesterday. We'll see when they come. Sounds like it could be sooner than I expect based on other posts.
I'm confused, AT&T unfortunately cancelled my original 6/15 order and when that happened, they said they weren't allowed to take orderes until the 29th, so how are they processing orders from the 23rd, when they weren't taking orders?
Sorry, to be clear, what happened was AT&T took orders on the 15th, and many of us didn't get processed until late June. So for instance, I had 2 orders that I made at 8am ET on June 15th. One order was processed by AT&T on June 22, and one on June 25. I got my June 22nd phone on Thursday.
I am still waiting for my June 25 phone. It has been 19 days since I ordered it.
i preordered mine (16gb) from a store on july 1st and mine says "in progress". anyone think it'll ship this week?
No, it's not moving fast, just out of order due to AT&T's gross incompetence. It seems like the people who ordered earlier are worse-off than those who ordered most recently. My 32GB is still on backorder that I ordered at 4:30 AM on the 29th.
hmmm... i know what you r talking about. stupid ATT. They need to process orderes as they came in.. it's kinda funny that i ordered 2 32gbs on 06/15/10 right after the pre orders started. got one 32gb on 06/24/10 and the other one is still in process. The one i ordered on 07/03/10 looks like done processing and will be shipped soon.. Crappy ATT and their processing theory..
What store did you order from? Whereabouts do you live if you don't mind sharing?
Just wondering how location affects the speed of an order. I ordered a 32GB from an AT&T store in Akron, Ohio on June 29. Hasn't shipped yet, but they claimed it would be here by July 9th. With all these posts saying they are still waiting on pre-ordered 32GBs from mid-June, the date they gave me sure sounds overly optimistic!
I ordered mine June 30 around 10pm. It's premier, and it says it's "processing" however my status hasn't been updated since July 4. I tried to look onto AT&Ts regular order status and it tells me error. I have no idea if mine is backordered or not, but I just want to know if it's going to ship within the 7-10 business days like it said.I
