**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

call them and speak to supervisor. i ordered 3 iphone 4s and 1 of them was in the exact same situation as urs. If it does not show up on regular website, its not processed and they will not ship it. Tell them to process it right now and update it today. Once they update it today, it will reflect update date on premier and it should pop up on regular website.

Just got off the phone with AT&T. The rep was nice but she didn't really help me that much. She gave me a different order tracking number than what I have and we tried that with the regular AT&T order status and it still doesn't show up. She said she could only look at what I can see too and she couldn't really do anything for me. She told me to call premier.

can u post some part of ur order numbers? both of them?

Fedex is not updated yet so it does not show any info. When i ordered iphone 4 last time, it shipped priority overnight. I think it has to do something with premier order.

ahhh same here!! just updated got a dead fedex #, i think these update at midnight or so? mine doesnt show "various sim" what does that mean?

try calling 1-877-782-8870 and put the order number starting with K there and see if that shows up

Yea, I've tried every number possible. I called and it won't give me an option to put in an order number. It just says my items are on backorder.

-(3) iPhone 4 32GB
All new lines on family plan, with porting of only one mobile number.
Just 10-15 minutes ago the status changed to shipped.

I'm starting to have hope....I feel like an ass checking the website every 15 minutes.....🙄
