I ordered like 11 am Wednesday, actually it was Tuesday but didn't go through until Tuesday for some reason. Hoping to wake up in the morning and it will say 0 under backorder.
Has anyone who ordered from the AT&T regular website have the money pending in your bank account and then be back in your account while it was on backorder?
That is what happened to me. The money is no longer pending and still in my account and the phone (iPhone 4 16gb ordered on 7/6) is still on backorder.

I just made a thread on it, apparently they do it so they can check your bank account to see if you have the funds for the purchase. You won't be charged until it is shipped. I am in the same boat, hope it gets of Back order for the both of us since I ordered it 7/7
Ordered 16gb 7/6 from Att premier And recieved a shipping notification today. I'm expecting it to come in tomorrow.

Yea, I see that some people who ordered on 7/8 are shipping out, so I'm hoping my (and yours) does soon. It would be a something great to wake up to!

Was ordered on 07/01 .... checked status every day, was backordered until yesterday.
I checked this morning again, out of backorder, was shipped 07/10 (even though yesterday the status on the web still said backordered) and is today out for delivery (Have now the FedEx tracking number) ... cant wait.

Did you order through AT&T or Apple?
AT&T (Business Premium account) ... was ordered via phone since the at&t webpage was screwed up and did not offer the iPhone 4 as upgrade option.
Uh Oh. I ordered mine July 6 through the business premier site and it look slike I won't be getting it for a while. This blows.
Mine showed up on FedEx's website this morning around 5 - I'm sure yours will soon too. Standard Overnight delivery; will be here tomorrow (7/13) by 3pm.

God I really wish I could make sense of AT&T's thought process for how they are filling orders, I ordered my 2 16GB phones on 7/5 and they are still on backorder, yet you will have your phone in hand in a total of 6 days, can't figure it out, not hating on you of course, glad you are getting your phone quickly
well did you do premier or just the normal website? business customers may be getting some sort of bump in priority...
I just received my iPhone 4 32GB. Ordered on 07/06 and am a new customer, dunno if that factors in to orders filled. Funny how the FedEx guy just left it on my doorstep, didn't even ring the doorbell.
