**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Ordered: july 4th @ 10:00pm Alaska time through ATT premier
Shipped: july 11th
Delivered: on truck for delivery, to be delivered before 4:30pm

iPhone 4 32gb, black obviously.

Let's see if I have the death grip problem:p

My 16GB has been backordered since 7/6. I just called AT&T...a fruitless endeavor, as expected. I played it nice and asked why orders are getting filled in such an arbitrary way, with newer orders getting filled first? The rep didn't know jack. Just told me I could call back in a few days if I like.:rolleyes:
 
Ordered 16GB on 07/03 in at&t store (non-premier). FINALLY today order status changed from backordered =1 to =0!!!

Hoping I'll have shipping info by tomorrow at the latest!!

This was my 2nd order as I pre-ordered through apple but it was lost in purgatory between apple & att b/c apple couldn't get my upgrade approved. I had to cxl and re-order at att...
 
Well just picked up my iPhone
Ordered 7/3 in store, arrived at 10am this morning. Its syncing right now.
Good luck to everyone else still waiting for theirs! Its worth it
 
woke up today and checked FedEx tracking, my iPhone left Fort Worth, TX 12:00 pm TX time. Estimated delivery date of July 13 at 4:30. Still beat Apple's delivery dates, cause my friend ordered June 30 from Apple.com and with delivery date of July 15th lol

so with my experice, ATT's estimation date of 7-10 business days is fairly accurate (i ordered 7/2), it just makes you feel more impatient when you see people who ordered after you randaomly gets their orders shipped before your's

Ordered 7/6 in the evening. (16GB)
Off of backorder 7/10.
Tracking info 7/11.
Actually was picked up by FedEx on 7/12, left Ft Worth at 10:45am. Currently on a 6hr truck drive south to me.
Should be delivered tomorrow! Crummy this is I have an appointment tomorrow right when FedEx usually is around here. At least my husband will be home to get it when it comes.
 
Ordered mine via ATT web site July 2.

Received today, July 12. Probably could have gotten it earlier if the weekend wasn't in the way.

Note: U can call fedex and tell them to drop the package off somewhere else. Ie a neighbor, a Kinko's store. You can also tell them to drop it "after 4PM" etc so you'll be home. I was surprised at Fedex's service/flexibility.

Phone looks amazing, i haven't activated it yet...... backing up my old 3g.
It feels so delicate cuz it's all glass. You must get a case with this. It's too slippery without.
 
Went into the AT&T store on Wed, 7/7. Got it today, 7/12. They quoted me 7 to 10 business days. I must say, I'm quite happy with AT&T's speed at this.

Ordered 6/30 32gb black from apple. Scheduled to shop 7/22. Called today to upgrade to expedited and she said many people were getting early shipments so we shall see. Still says ships 7/22.

Ordered a 16gb on July 4. I have been taken off backorder on att.com as of tonight but have not yet received shipping information.

For people who have received their phones already- how long usually does it take to get to you after it is taken off backorder?
 
Alright, I ordered mine 7/1 from AT&T to the store. I got an email on 7/7 saying it would had been shipped, and the tracking number they gave me said it had been delivered 7/8. However, I was out of town when it arrived (this is why I ordered to the store). So, I go in today (7/12) expecting my phone to be waiting. When I got there, the sales guy asked me if I had gotten an email or a phone call from them telling me it was there. I have not, and he said that means my phone is not there yet, and that they will call or email me when it is. I asked him why fedex said it had been shipped and delivered, but he was clueless.

Does anybody have any experience like this? Does fedex ship straight to the stores, or to a middle location first? Is there a reason it would have arrived last week and the sales guy would not have it ready for me today?
