Alright, I ordered mine 7/1 from AT&T to the store. I got an email on 7/7 saying it would had been shipped, and the tracking number they gave me said it had been delivered 7/8. However, I was out of town when it arrived (this is why I ordered to the store). So, I go in today (7/12) expecting my phone to be waiting. When I got there, the sales guy asked me if I had gotten an email or a phone call from them telling me it was there. I have not, and he said that means my phone is not there yet, and that they will call or email me when it is. I asked him why fedex said it had been shipped and delivered, but he was clueless.
Does anybody have any experience like this? Does fedex ship straight to the stores, or to a middle location first? Is there a reason it would have arrived last week and the sales guy would not have it ready for me today?
