Ordered 7/24...AT&T Premier website. On BO still as of this morning...AND NOW IT CAN'T FIND MY ORDER??? WTF???

The premier site still has it as "Processing" last updated 7/25...but the regular site can't find the order. I don't get it.This sucks. My 3GS is broken...and if I have to restart this process and wait another 2 weeks I'll scream.
I checked my order status about an hour ago, and my order came up fine (still on back-order). I just checked now, and I'm receiving the same message as you. Maybe they're in the process of updating orders? I don't know. If I keep getting the error message, I may call AT&T up.

I ordered in the att store on 7/23, late in the afternoon. My order came off backorder and I received my shipping info today! Not sure when it posted but it was there when I checked my order status at 9:00AM. So excited!! it is expected to arrive at att store on the 5th!
thats crazy! i cant imagine that it WOULDNT come early. I ordered on 7/23 as well and mine is off backorder and will be at the att store tomorrow. I gues the delay could be ordering apple online but that doesnt really seem to make sense either because many apple stores have them in stock to buy off the shelf now? I would double check on the order that it way too long!
Ordered 16GB in store on the 23rd. Between 11pm last night and 7 am this morning came off backorder and shipped! Will be here on Aug 5th

Maybe that whole error message meant they were about to change something you never know. I'll be watching my order status closely

My 16GB that was ordered in an AT&T store on 7/23 came off backorder today, ships today and is supposed to arrive on Thursday. I hope so, vacation is Friday.

I'm a 7/25 and I just got off backorder this morning too! Hoping for shipping info soon!
