**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

What?

Okay last night i found my tracking number, but did not work. Then there is a ship date, but says 0 for amount shipped on all three. Ordered in store. Should i be worried?

Did you order via premier or the normal At&t website?

I actually went to the store to place my order. They told me the 24th or 25th. My ship date is 6/20.

Oh OK. Just trying to find a trend. But it looks like it's random. As others have stated it may be inputted manually.

It seems like most people who ordered through Premier have not seen much of an update at all to their status, am I correct in saying this??

Sorry to be redundant, but as of today, no orders have shipped for those with a 6/16 order date? Eventhough, we all ordered 6/15.

I ordered at a retail store like 30 mins after you and still nothing.

Did your pending charge drop off a few days ago?

Mine hasn't. Still from 6/15 and still showin in my account.

My pending charge has dropped a couple days ago, yes. I called my bank and they said the reason is because a debit card, even used as credit, can only have charges hold on them for around 24 hours or so.

I just noticed mine says a dated ordered as 6-16 when i ordered 6-15, wtf
I am guessing I am screwed ????????????

I just noticed that my credit card was charged for the full price on 6/16, in addition to the "ordered date" being 6/16.

But it looks like that ordered date is not the date their using. Seems like their DB probably has multiple date fields and the one displayed on the order status page is arbitrary. *crosses fingers*

AT&T premier order status just changed to "shipped" but this time it sayd FEDEX with no working link
P.S: I just received an email notifying me about the shipment as well

I'm also in the same boat.

I ordered at 10am EST on the 15th from the AT&T site. Premier site says processing with an order date of the 15th. But the AT&T site has an order date of the 19th with both phones on backorder.

just got off the phone with att rep and your cards will be charged when your order is shipped she said that even though it already says shipped fed ex is holding them until closer to the release day to ship them and when that day comes your card will be charged so no worries yahll

Why would you cancel it? If you cancel it you'll definitely get it later..

Just received a CSS email from AT&T. Ordered on 6/15 at noon. Did anyone figure out at what stage of order processing do they send those CSS emails?

This is where I am at too. I ordered on the 15th at 11:00am est. Mine is showing that I ordered on the 16th like a lot of others. Good news would be appreciated!

I'm making a lot of progress today. Checked last night and it was still processing but no longer back ordered, this morning it changed to ship and then shipper null. My premier status was still processing. Just checked again and now it's shipped via premier and is stated shipped by FedEx.

AT&T/FedEx is busy this morning.

and it says " your order has processed and be shipped shortly"

Just woke up to this, didn't happen late last night. Carrier says null and I find that quite weird.

I'll be interested to check mine later in the day to see if this holds. I'm a non-premier customer who ordered in the AT&T store, for in-store pickup, on 6/15 around 4:30PM. As of now, both of my orders (one for me, one for my wife) show as In Progress, non-backorder.
