I agree with above poster. If nothing changes for me by today, it will be cancelled. If AT&T cannot fulfill my order from 10 AM and Apple can handle my order from 5PM, I will never order from them again. Its simple. I am hopeful the order status will change by tonight... but really its a load of crap

Well I already plan to go the apple route next time and get it shipped by apple. This is truly a holy mess with no rhyme or reason to it. I do understand however they have a ton of phones to process between yesterday evening and Tuesday night. Just give it time and all should be well
 
Just updated to "shipped" for me, placed order on 6/15 at noon EDT never got any confirmation email, had 6/16 as order date on AT&T web site.
 
I have a feeling that AT&T people are going through the Premiere orders manually and "doing the right thing" by shipping them out based on original order date/time. Just a guess.
 
Do you have a screen shot of this? After last night, I am a tad skeptical.

I'm very skeptical myself. I'm a "16er", so as soon as I see one legit shipment for one of us, I'll be a little more relieved. I guess we should be happy that we aren't backordered, though
 
This is all extremely frustrating. I also ordered at 2.30 pm eastern 6/15 and got logged in on 6/16. My credit card has a hold on it for 499 but has not actually showed up on the online statement. My online order status still says processing and has never been on backorder. Heres hoping that it ships today or tomorrow otherwise I will have to battle the elements and get online at the cube here in NYC. I leave for two weeks of vacation on saturday so would like to have the phone while I'm away.

Sorry to be redundant, but as of today, no orders have shipped for those with a 6/16 order date? Eventhough, we all ordered 6/15.

Ordered mine at 12:10 PST on the 15th--order says 16th, status this morning now has a FEDEX tracking number associated with it, though the items still say "processing" not "shipped".

I'm not worried about it with that tracking number there now.
 
ordered 6/15 at around noon, did not get confirmation email till 6/17 with an order date of 6/16

now IT IS showing a tracking number but status is still "in progress" with qty shipped = 0 and ship date = 6/21 :confused:

That's good news then because my situation sounds exactly the same.
 
Hello guys, I ordered on 6/15 around 1pm and received a confirmation email and an authorization on my credit card. My order status still shows "in progress" on the premier site, but on the normal order status it shows it as "in progress" with 1's in the backorder field. It also shows 6/16 on the order date.

I called AT&T and they said mine will definitely be delivered on the 24th and it just took 1 day to post the orders, maybe because I am premier.

Anyway just thought I would pass along the news!

Yea I ordered a 16 GB on 6/15 5:30AM EST. Mine has shipped w/ a tracking number from FEDEX.
 
I cannot overstate how frustrated I am right now regarding this fiasco. I preordered with AT&T Premier at 5:22AM EDT on June 15th after cursing up and down at Apple's own page. I immediately received my confirmation email with a Reference Web Order Number beginning with 1012, which is displayed on the Premier Order Status page in my attachment.

However, a quick trip over to the myWireless Order Status page (after punching in my phone number, as the order number pulls nothing up) shows a different order number than my Premier email, and even more frustratingly, backordered with a date of June 17th that's entirely and wholly inaccurate. Furthermore, that's beyond the rumored cutoff for launch day shipments, and I'm (as of now) still without any hope of a tracking number.

Calling the Premier phone number (866-499-8008) and inputing my order number from the email into the automated system yields the "Your order has been processed, and will be shipped shortly" message.

I know the best thing to do is to sit and wait, but this is ridiculous. "Premier" my ass.

I am in the EXACT same boat with the dates and everything. Very frustrating.
