On the status pages, does anyone know if those get updated multiple times per day? Or just once per day?

For people that update us when they receive carrier tracking info, please include what time of day you ordered the phone. All times Eastern. This way we can see if orders really are being processed as they were received.

With all of the questions and speculations about why some orders have shipped and not others, I figured I would throw my idea out here. Maybes it depends on where it is being delivered to. For example, I live in Austin TX. As the distro center for AT&T is in Ft. Worth I am sure it will not take as long as others. Maybe those that are further are being shipped first to allow enough time?
I ordered at 7:30 PM EST and I have a tracking number already for a shipment dated yesterday.
ATT has maintained from day 1 that the cut-off time was 4:30 ET and 1:30 PT, you are wrong and spreading misinformation![]()
Yes, can you ask if orders for 32gb phones placed on the morning of 6/15 will be shipped by the 24th? There are a bunch of us that ordered early that morning (me, at 8:15a.m. 6/15) and there has been no movement since that morning..so what gives? Thanks..I keep trying but can't get through.
