**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Well that is just peachy; so I got my email confirm at 1:54 EDT, originally ordered at 9:00am
Well lets see. Did anyone order after 1:30pm and get a tracking number yet? If so I doubt FEDEX is going to hold packages in a bracket. I thankfully ordered at 12:00pm and I got my shipping confirmation and tracking. So I obviously have to get it on Thursday...
For those thinking of canceling be aware that there is a small chance Apple may not be able to sell you your phone at the upgraded price. I had this conversation with an Apple store rep. It could take several days to get your true eligibility back. Also, some premier users may have accounts not accessible in Apple's store. If you could not get your order processed on Apple.com on the 15th, then you might also have an issue at the store since they use the exact same system.
Mine still just says in progress. It's never been back ordered. I wasn't able to see the status until the 17th even though I ordered it the 15th at 10:40am.
I figured the purpose of the list is to see when everyone receives shipping info on this list; Once you do, go to the list and update us,

AT&T made that statement at the height of it's order collapse last Tuesday. At best it was a guesstimate. I'd take anything said by AT&T last Tuesday with a heavy dose of skepticism. I really can't believe they had any idea what was going on at that time. I'm not sure that they have any idea now...
the problem with the backorder list idea is that people keep posting old versions because they are updated so fast
Please stop with the backorder list... when/if that becomes a big list, I feel like it's gonna be a waste of space.

I ordered around 3PM EST which is about noon pacific. My status shows in progress with 0 on shipped, but I have a tracking number.

You people are ridiculous - you may receive your iPhone at like 9am Thursday without any problem whatsoever - but since the website doesn't say what you want it to say you are so mad!!
