AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

There was a post by a dude who has a friend at the UPS Louisville center. Said they have guards watching hundreds of thousands of iPhones and they are being release all at the same time to destination to ensure they don't accidentally get delivered early. Said it's a lot easier to ensure screw ups (Where they are delivered early) don't happen when they are all together.

Makes sense to me. We'll get them on Friday.

Mine had the same route. Next stop for you is the dead end in Louisville KY where mine has been since Tuesday Morning.

Well, one thing happened at midnight. I received my order shipped email, so am going to try to relax now. It still contains the same non-working tracking #, but am sure they will be scanned soon.

dude, thats just crazy that you predicted my info would should up at 12:00 but yours didnt. i feel bad for you, but we all know its gonna arrive by friday at the latest anyway.

Haha, I didn't make it clear: they messed up my order and I am NOW getting a white one because that's what they put in, even though I told them black.

Actually, let's see what you really get. My situation was a little more complicated because my att history is like this -- original iphone, 3gs, 4 for 29 days, then back to original iPhone. So I had to talk to ATT on the phone, to a higher rep, to get them to enter the information into computer a certain way so it would accept my grandfathered data plan. My situation was communicated on the phone with the first selling rep, and he knew how my plan needed to be, but then the computer couldn't handle it, and so my confirmation email had it all wrong.

Normally, I order via computer, through Apple, and it goes smoothly.
I'll just be sooo happy to see that package on Friday.

I pre-ordered my 4S at nearly 8 PM Central on the Saturday the 8th and my phone now shows shipped

Same here. Ordered at 7pm on Saturday the 8th and I have a tracking # for UPS. Mine did go through Premier services though as I have a corporate discount.

Yes one of my iPhone 16gb shipped but the other 2 32gb all white haven't. I called an ordered on saturday morning 9am EST.

Questers, I ordered on monday via online (premier store wasn't working right). So I was wondering, was I supposed to get an email about accepting the TOS? I have yet to see anything and the shipping is still pending....

I could care less about getting it Friday than rather or not I have anything additional to do....

My UPS tracking number also shows up in the UPS tool...

Ordered 32G Black from AT&T 3:30 AM CST on the 7th...

UPS shows it in Memphis on the 13th at 1AM (and it isnt 1 AM in Memphis yet)... Need it to get to Dallas. I have "01" Next Day Air in my tracking number.

So assuming that will get it here Fri, was hoping for an early delivery on Thur.
