After many days of AT&T telling me they had no record on file for my order and no tracking information, I was finally given the information the night before. I'm so excited!

People don't give them enough credit, surely AT&T is just as good as Apple when it comes to customer service.

Has anyone pre-ordered IN-STORE (either called them, or visted a store), and received tracking, or their orders are no longer in "backorder" status?
this can either mean that the iphones are STILL coming on the 14th and through some fault the status order isn't getting updated...
Or
In-store pre-orders on the 7th before cutoff are getting shafted, and taking the backseat.
