I hate to push the panic button, but I ordered my phone via AT&T customer service rep on Friday morning (Oct 7th - 8AM EST) and agreed to the Terms and conditions email an hour later. I have NEVER been able to get the AT&T wireless website order status to show anything (it returns an error with E19: or S0001) about my order.
I spoke to someone two days ago that said everything with my order looks fine INTERNALLY despite these issues and they assured me I'll get tracking information emailed to me on Thursday (today). Well, I called again today (after I still can't see the order on the website and no tracking email) and they told me it is 5 to 7 business days out. They also said that they show my order as actually getting placed in the system on the 9th.


For what it is worth I upgraded two lines one with 64GB blk and the other a 16BG white
