Ok the new customers I understand but I don't see how anyone who has been an AT&T customer for any length of time is at all surprised at how screwed up their order shipping/tracking process is.
Ive been with att for 6 years, this is the first time ordering something online. This will also be the last. I'd rather sit out in front of an att or apple store, then go through this nonsense again. At least I know I'm getting my phone on time if I go stand out and wait for it. Plus
