AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

One sales rep tells me that there is a problem with my order tells me to call the exact same number I called to reach her.

Another rep tells me that my order is fine...


See what I mean...

WOO, I've got fed ex tracking numbers also. My package is shipped.

By the way for anyone curious. My package says it was shipped on the 9th.
I preordered at 12:45A.M. PST when the att online opened up pre-orders
 
Well this sucks. I checked my status and it shipped. But it's freaking UPS! I was expecting FedEx. I'll be waiting till 5 with UPS delivering 🙁
 
Update

As of last night I checked my status, no change.

This morning I checked, it says shipped, date shipped and tracking number from FedEx.

I ordered 2 phones at 9:00 AM on 10/7/11 at an AT&T store.

I'm good to go. Downloaded it yesterday. All apps are updated. iPad and 3GS backed up, not that I need 3GS but I'll play around for two days until 4S arrives.

Still need case recommends or a thread that has recommendations?

Im having the same issue i ordered mine at the exact time the preoder went up. I just contacted att because my page still says processing they said theres a 3 week window.

Ordered my white 64GB at 1:45-1:50 AM early Friday and still "processing" for me too.
I've tried to track by reference at both carriers sites - no luck there either.
The payment began to process on the 7th, but by the 10th, the charge was gone...
 
I called and spoke to two other Premier reps - they said they see no issues with my order. Everything is fine and it is just waiting to be shipped. I ordered at 5:20 am on 10/7 and I hope I am in the first batch! Come on AT&T
 
UPS here as well. I have a tracking number, but the number doesn't work & the status doesn't show it as shipped. I guess it is boxed up & ready for UPS to come & pick it up today.
 
Hmm... My ship date is the 8th, that's the earliest I've seen, maybe I'll get an early surprise!

BTW mine is a 16GB White.

IMO Otterbox has the best cases.

My ATT 64GB Black orderd on 10/7 just showed up with tracking numbers for Fedex this morning with no emails. Says shipping date is 10/10 but Fedex cannot find any info.
 
Checked AT&T status page... It shipped!!! 😀 I ordered 10/7 @ 4:30am EDT. It says it shipped 10/9... Which if it did ship then, the tracking number should certainly be working by now, but it's not. Also, I live in Louisville (UPS hub city) and my phone is coming fedex. Guess the AT&T arbitrary use of shipping carriers really is pretty random...
 
My phone has also shipped. Tracking number is provided but not working yet on fedex site. usually doesn't until the package is in the truck for final delivery. Woohoo! Progress.... 😀

I'm hoping that since it says "IPHONE-UPS" (at least some say that), it'll be be on a different, earlier truck???

So Premier orders haven't shipped yet? This whole process has been a huge pain in the rear since the order was placed.
 
Ordered my black 32G from the AT&T "Upgrade" iPhone App at 4:06am Friday the 7th. My status changed overnight from "Processing" to "Shipped" (via UPS), however the Tracking Number still doesn't show up on the UPS Tracking website.

I just checked my order today and it FINALLY has a fedex tracking number now but when you click on it and go to Fedex's site no information pulls up so I think it just hasn't updated in their system yet!

For what it's worth, I got the Chrome Incipio feather case and I will pair that with a front & back Invisible Shield.

Mine shipped - got the Fedex number this morning, shows a ship date of 10/9. Ordered around 9:00 am on 10/7.
