AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

FINALLY! Just received my shipping status at 5:50am CST. I am not premier. Ordered 6s+ 64GB Silver at 2:13amCST with ship dates of Oct 16-23. Mines being shipped via FedEx for tomorrow and its in Fort Worth, TX on its way to Illinois.

Here's to hoping that more 64GB phones start shipping.

That's honestly what I was assuming, so we wouldn't have too high of expectations for delivery time. I believe 8PM is the absolute latest FedEx would deliver (but I'm sure a handful of people have gotten it slightly later than 8PM in the past).

I feel your pain. I ordered Same phone but ordered 12min after you.

Still 10/16-23 dates

I think you are the ONLY one here with the 6S+ 64GB RG have shipped and even ordered hours after the pre-ordered start.

High hope now.....Come on!!!

Ha, I bet now you really won't be seeing an update from AT&T any time soon. o_O

Seriously, I still believe the earlier pre-order folks will still get them on time, or else what's the point of pre-ordering?

Still 10/16-23 dates. If I don't hear something I'm calling Premier this afternoon, as I'm seeing a ton of people who ordered the same phone as me and placed their orders after me but are getting theirs already. 0 Logic behind it. I really can't stand AT&T right now.
 
There also maybe a systems delay - due to high volume of orders. So if you may not be sent a shipping notification, it may just show up. It did for mew a few years ago.
 
Phone now showing movement, now about 10 miles away.. so no longer in Ft. Worth. Should be here tomorrow just in time.

They don't pay attention to these forums, they'd have to care about their customers to do that. But anyway I do hope you're right. The dates they gave really screw me in a ton of ways. Considering I have a much, much more important package coming during those dates.
 
I think they are shipping the 6 plus orderes based on location ..
I ordered about 18 minutes before going live , 6 plus 16g space grey
, premier account , and received shipping info just about two hours ago for Friday delivery ..
 
Guys seriously, calm down. If someone that ordered the same phone after you got their notification before you, count it at sheer joy, my friends, because you're virtually certain to get your phone tomorrow too. Just because you ordered first doesn't mean they have to send the notification first.

I'm not sure how some of you imagine the logistics of shipping millions of iPhones in a couple days actually looks, but it's not like they're going down the list one at a time and sending Bob or Jill to grab one off the shelf in the back so they can pack it up.

Any movement this morning on SG 64gb? I ordered at 12pm PST on the 12th and haven't seen anything yet. Not giving up hope because most phones I've ordered with AT&T have been overnighted. How do I check if I'm a premiere account?

Status: Preparing to ship

What does "preparing to ship" mean exactly for at&t? Will I get my phone sooner than the estimated shipping date range? Or will they ship it between then?

This. From near the beginning of this thread it has been stated that the tracking information was given 1-2 days before launch date, yet everyone was still complaining even those who said that it happened the same way last year. It would be pretty cool if you waited to complain about not getting your phone on launch day until AFTER launch day actually happened. I'm anxious as the rest of you as I am waiting on 128gb RG and 128gb SG, but man give them a chance first.

Preach! This is a very difficult and stressful process the people handling the shipments and such are going through. Even though they have been doing this the last few years, it's still a tough and seemingly strenuous process.
 
on the fedex tracking number it doesnt say a signature is squared, this means they can leave it if im not home right ?

The 10/23-10/30 wave is basically the 9/25 shipping date, AT&T put the higher demand phone in this range right away in case of shortages, screen issues limit stock, etc. The 10/23-10/30 wave will be the second wave to get their iPhone 6S +, wouldn't be surprised if a few people in those ranges got some early next week with everyone canceling orders thinking they won't come in time.

Got a shipment notification!

Edit: False alarm. It wasn't a shipment notification for my 64GB Space Gray 6s Plus. It was for my sister's 16GB Rose Gold 6s that I ordered on the 18th.
