I've accepted that my phone is not coming today but a small part of me still thinks the ups man will show up with my phone. LOL

Still no delivery yet. I have been seeing a few FedEx trucks and so has my friend that lives down the road. You'd think one of them has my phone and could just deliver the damn thing already!

Based on what? Sticking your finger in the air?

Why is there so much baseless speculation and prognostication on this thread that has zero, ZERO, evidence to back it up?

Sorry to rant on you, nothing personal, but no one except AT&T really knows what is going on...

It's just a guess, based on the trends I've seen in this thread over the past couple of days that lead me to believe this is less of a supply problem and more of a logistics issue. I could be completely and utterly wrong. It's been known to happen.

I'm sorry my optimism offended you. ;)

For those who ordered phones before 3am or close to 3am and yet aren't receiving tracking information, this isn't acceptable. Why are folks who pre-ordered much later getting phones? Congrats to those who did but for those who didn't.......

I know it's just a device but this happened last year as well. I learned my lesson and will NEVER order through AT&T again but I know some folks do it for the subsidized pricing on the phones. I have my phone in my hands but I ordered through Apple. Make your voices heard. You are customers who deserve a response! And this first come first serve crap needs to be backed up with proof on this forum. Heres some information to contact the higher-ups in the company

I just talked to AT&T Premier support. They notified me my phone "is scheduled to ship soon, between Oct 16 and 23..."
Followed promptly by being hung up on. WTF?!

Mine arrived at it's destination at 7am this morning but hasn't moved since. Not on the truck for delivery or anything. Hope it has just missed that step and arrives soon.

This is bull$hit! This is the first time I have ordered from ATT and I am giving serious consideration to moving to a new carrier for the next phone. At this point all of us that stayed up until midnight for the 6+ are not gonna get our phones until a week from now.
Mines on the truck, I messed up on my order and 4 days later had to reorder it......

It really has nothing to do with being offended or optimism. My comment was just an expression of the frustration many have with getting zero information from the ONLY source that counts, AT&T.

No matter what "trends" you see in this thread, which is just a very minute sample of the entire population of iPhones sold, you have no information that is useful to those waiting to get their shipping information. Only AT&T can supply that, or at least an update, and we are not getting that.

They're dumbasses and can't even figure out what their own systems are doing, or get a story straight.
Plus the outright lie that they are shipping based on time of order. Many have reported ordering much later than those who stayed up for the 3AM EST store open and have received shipping info.

If I don't get tracking by the time I'm back from lunch, I'll be calling @Sunrisesammy's number or the newer number posted for the CEO.

They can fill orders placed two days after mine, and have stock to send to the stores, but mine still hasn't shipped. Manager at retentions said "nothing" could be done and I should expect my phone between Oct 16 -23. ********.

I got so pissed off yesterday, I got drunk and then went online and cancelled my order! Take that, At&T! Who's the sucka now!!! Beotch!!!!! Now, I'M GETTING MY 6S PLUS ROSE GOLD 64 SHIPPED OVERNIGHT FROM EBAY! BUUYOAHH!!! :) It only cost me $3500....shipping not included :(

It's a phone. When the orders were placed you were given October dates.

You've had plenty of time to cancel your order.

Are you mad because others got theirs and you didn't? I know it doesn't seem right but they didn't promise you 9/25, did they?

This is why i dont trust usps, and never will.

Still no shipping info for me. 6s+ 128GB SG ordered via Premier at 12:15am PDT. Instead of waiting on AT&T, I went this morning and purchased the phone (same model) I reserved at the Apple Store. I just tried to cancel my AT&T order and received the message:

We're sorry. Your order has already been sent to shipping, so it's too late to cancel it.

I guess I'll just have to refuse delivery from FedEx/UPS whenever AT&T decides to actually ship it. Just happy I have my phone! The reservation process at the Apple Store was seamless and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

AT&T doesn't even know whats going on. They are a complete joke. A lot of the people on here, who have been through this with all the last new phones, seem to have more accurate speculations than ATT can provide.
